This company was very responsive to our request and detailed with their instructions of what to expect. We were picked us up exactly as they explained ahead of time and our driver Juan Gabriel was friendly and shared a lot of wonderful information about Costa Rica on the drive. We would definitely book with this company again!

We had discussed renting a car for our trip to Costa Rica but we are very glad we didn’t. I think we could have easily gotten lost or confused. I was so glad we went with Guanacaste Shuttle to take us from the airport to our hotel, to a different hotel, and then back to the airport. The drivers we had were friendly and super knowledgeable. Would definitely do it again and recommend to others
We had an excellent experience with Guanacaste Shuttle during our trip. They provided transportation to and from the airport, as well as to one of our excursions, and every ride was smooth, comfortable, and on time. Our driver was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage each time. The vehicle was clean and spacious, and communication throughout the booking process was easy and reliable. We truly appreciated the great service and would highly recommend Guanacaste Shuttle to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely use them again on a future trip!
Adrian was the best! Messaged (WhatsApp) me prior to my arrival to make sure I was comfortable and aware of who he was and the vehicle. Had a professional sign with my name on it on arrival. They were on time (actually there before the time I arrived) and ready to greet me and assist with bags. Best company for your transportation in Costa Rica hands down!
Excellent experience - very prompt and very good services
It was our first time in Costa Rica, and we felt safe and secure throughout the transportation. The transfer was smooth, and Adrian, the owner of Guanacaste Shuttle, picked us up at the airport. He was very kind and hospitable, and we had a great conversation along the way to the hotel. Overall, it was a great ride. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again when we return.

We had the pleasure of working with this transportation company for a large group of approximately 100 employees during our trip to Costa Rica, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, their team was exceptional in every way! Consistently punctual, incredibly organized, and always professional. Coordinating transportation for a group of our size is no small or easy task, yet they handled every detail seamlessly. Even when we had last-minute changes and additions, they were flexible, accommodating, and quick to adapt without missing a beat. Communication was another standout. Their team stayed in constant contact, ensuring we always knew what to expect and giving us complete peace of mind throughout the trip. What really set them apart, though, was their level of care and commitment to our group’s well-being. When one of our employees accidentally left their phone in a vehicle, a driver went out of their way to personally return it. In another instance, when someone mistakenly got into the wrong company’s vehicle, their team immediately stepped in to coordinate with the correct driver to safely locate and pick her up. That level of attentiveness and genuine concern is rare and deeply appreciated!! Overall, they went above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and truly outstanding transportation services. They played a huge role in making our trip smooth, safe, and enjoyable.
