It is an experience that you must live in Bacalar; at first, I felt fear, but Florencia gave us a lot of confidence, and breakfast by the lagoon is something priceless... excellent guide 10/10
I arrived at the meeting point at the scheduled time, but no one answered the door. There was no doorbell or any clear way to contact someone. I tried calling and sending messages through phone, WhatsApp and the Viator app, but received no response whatsoever. While they did issue a refund quickly that does not make up for the inconvenience. I still had to pay for a taxi to get there and ended up missing the activity completely. I would not recommend booking.
Hello, good morning. You forgot to mention several things. You made your reservation at 11pm the night before without contacting us. As we explained, the Viator app failed to send us your booking confirmation due to a system error. Also, the reservation was not made directly with us, it was made through an agency, and that is where the main issue occurred. That is why we had absolutely no knowledge of your reservation until you contacted us the following morning. Otherwise, you would have received the same quality service that all of our clients receive. Even so, despite this not being our fault, we still decided to support you and offered you a complimentary boat tour the same day and 100% free, which you gladly accepted and enjoyed. Leaving a 1-star review after all of this says more about you than about our service. Best regards.
Flor was the best guide. She took it slow since it was our first time. It was an amazing experience to paddle around the lagoon and relax in the water with a nice breakfast.

Very good tour; Florencia treated us excellently, they provided fruit and coffee for breakfast, and we were able to swim in the lagoon on two occasions. The tour is highly recommended, and if you can go with Florencia, she comes highly recommended!
Very cool, a bit tough at first but then fun.
The most magical sunrise imaginable, an absolute must if you do only one thing whilst you’re in Bacalar (or even Mexico!) The cost was $30 per person which included a nice breakfast with fruit, toast and coffee which you have stood in the lake (it’s perfect!) Florencia was a great guide and made the experience great and easy for all ability levels. My only feedback would be the equipment could have been slightly better condition - but it was all great.
