On the first day, we were left without activities, and when the activity happened, it was very short, and tourists should be better informed that it is something ecological.
The tours were excellent, the kindness of the people, and the food was very good in taste and portions. The accommodation at the Zuruma hotel needs improvement, as the room had a lot of humidity, the air conditioning did not work, and the sheets smelled dirty. Additionally, the pickup on Sunday did not happen due to issues with the vans, and on the last day, the transfer to the airport was not carried out because the agency was closed for the holiday.
The tour was incredible. All the staff were very attentive and ensured that everything was carried out smoothly. Bryan is a great guide, knows a lot, and helped make the trip even better.

Honestly, we expected more. The Peruvian guide was very hard and also communicative and enriched the two days with his humor. When fishing at home, for example, he kept looking for new places where fish could be. Big plus. Also, the local food was really very good. However, the description is unequal to what is offered. On the one hand, you stay in a place built especially for guides and tourists and not in a houseboat on the other hand, activities are missing, which are described here. In the evening there is only one night trip by boat in search of alligators. A night walk through the jungle was missing. Likewise, no 5am walk was offered. Get up and breakfast was at 8am. Piranhas were unfortunately not visible. The sequence described here should definitely be adapted. There are many small things that can enrich such an excursion, such as briefly showing how food is prepared. If you want to spend some relaxing days in the jungle, you can book this tour with peace of mind. However, if you want to experience something, you should look elsewhere and directly on site in Leticia or ask this urgently in advance whether these points are also a program.
