Fantastic tour. Great staff and service. Great selection of places to see
Our guide Eve was incredibly nice, always offering help to take pictures and coming around checking on us. The trip overall was good, food was very nice and the time was appropriate in each island. I really loved the tour. I would highly recommend them
It was a luxurious tour, picking out only the funniest things about the islands around Phi Phi, including Monkey Island, where the monkeys live, and Maya Bay, where the movie The Beach was filmed.
Overall the trip was well organized. The pick up & drop, the speedboad journey, snorkeling, the various places we were taken to, the lunch.. was all great.
From start to finish, this tour was a large disappointment. Though the places you stop and see are beautiful, the tour is not as advertised. First, the tour description mentions that all national park fees are included. However upon arrival to the landing site, the tour host demanded that we pay in cash (400 thb per person, which is about $30 dollars) or else we wouldn’t be allowed on the tour. Clearly a discrepancy between TripAdvisor's communication with the tour host company and what is advertised in the price. Second, the size of the tour group was huge (46 people), the boat was overflowing and there were not enough seats for the group on the boat- people had to sit on each other’s laps, where this tour is advertised as more intimate. This was only made worse when people got seasick and about half of the boat was throwing up during the tour. Third, the tour description mentions stops at Maya Bay and Monkey Beach. We did not stop here at all and instead were just told to take photos through the small openings on the moving boat. We understand now that Maya Bay is closed because of coral, however this was not spelled out in booking and the lack of stop at Monkey Beach was never mentioned. The boat was not open air, so we were literally taking photos through small gaps in the window tarp. We also learned that other people on our tour had paid between $25-$50 USD per person, which is MUCH less than the TripAdvisor price of $125 per person! This huge discrepancy in pricing makes us distrust TripAdvisor and we feel like we got cheated when others on the same tour paid a small fraction of what we did. The stops and sights you see on this tour are beautiful, but we recommend booking elsewhere to get more for your money.
Hello Mr. Chad Rochman, Thank you for your feedback. For your kind information, you booked join/sharing tour, You did not book private tour. Second thing your National Park entrance fee you already got refund from us. But you are lying with us, As first of all you are telling false, so we will consider your all complains are............................... We do not want travelers write in favor of us, we never want travelers write against of us. We always want customers real experience/ honest review so that our next travelers can get idea about our service. Don't worry, our next travelers definitely will get idea about our service by reading your feedback. Thank you.
Mr. T was our tour guide and was a super sweet man. Went as a family of 3, two parents and one 2-yr old. He practically helped us with our son when we needed him most, which made the trip that much more enjoyable with a toddler. Beware, you are NOT getting a private tour by any means. You get a tour guide that will pick up you from your hotel in a private car. From there, he will take you to the sign-up table to get you signed-in first and eventually be able to load up onto the speedboat first. Other than that, there's nothing different from the rest of the tours provided online since you're still on a boat with 35 other members doing the same exact tour. The major difference from this company compared to the others is you get a private pick up, first dibs on seats, and private drop off. This makes for a better experience when you are going to be out island hopping for about 8 hours. Getting picked up with everyone else takes time and vise versa when it comes time to going home. We had a toddler with us and I have some sea sickness issues as well. With this said, having the opportunity to load up first made a difference in my experience. Avoiding the long lines and getting first dibs when possible is why I enjoyed my trip, especially when you are in a group of about 40 people.
Thank you very much for writing this great review and recommending us so highly! Looking forward to have you with us in our other tours during your stay in Thailand. Have a nice day!

An amazing day trip. The whole day was accompanied by a friendly private guide. He was just there only for us : He made a perfect commentary at every stop. At every stop, he showed the best places and views for photography. This way we thank him again and greet him.
