Votre guide étudiant local de cuisine de rue, passionné par la cuisine de rue vietnamienne, viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel, appartement ou Airbnb en taxi. Vous quitterez la zone touristique et commencerez votre aventure culinaire dans un paradis de la cuisine de rue. Vous dégusterez des « Banh Xeo » et des « Banh Khot », qui sont des galettes de riz du centre et du sud du Vietnam, avec beaucoup de légumes frais vietnamiens. Vous flânerez dans une rue réputée pour ses vendeurs de fruits de mer au barbecue. Ensuite, vous vous dirigerez vers un restaurant préféré des locaux pour déguster le meilleur "bo la lot" (bœuf dans des feuilles de bétel sauvage) et la "soupe de bœuf Hue" (ou Bun Thit nuong), qui est une soupe mijotée de 8 heures. de Hué. Vous poursuivrez votre immersion dans des plats appétissants en vous dirigeant vers les allées de nourriture au cœur du quartier de la street food. Vous dégusterez un savoureux « Bo La Lot », qui est du bœuf poêlé enveloppé dans des feuilles de bétel. Il est cuisiné par un chef local avec plus de 17 ans d'expérience.
La prochaine étape de votre aventure culinaire est Banh Mi, qui est Saigon Baguette. Vous ferez l'expérience de la fusion parfaite de 4 délicieuses saveurs juste après la première bouchée. Vous vous promènerez au cœur du District 3 et découvrirez les anciens appartements appelés Nguyen Thien Thuat. Cette zone abrite des dizaines de plats de rue vietnamiens célèbres qui tenteront votre estomac. Au coin de l'allée des fruits de mer, vous vous assiérez comme les locaux et grignotez une pizza vietnamienne, qui est la meilleure de la ville. Vous prendrez des boissons locales avec de la bière spéciale Saigon, du jus de canne à sucre ou de l'eau minérale. Pour couronner votre visite à pied de la cuisine de rue de Saigon, vous dégusterez un dessert incroyable au marché nocturne aux fleurs. Vous pouvez choisir une soupe sucrée vietnamienne (chè) ou un flan au caramel et au café. Votre guide local prendra un taxi pour vous ramener à votre hébergement.
Ho Thi Ky est le plus grand marché aux fleurs de Ho Chi Minh-Ville, fournit des fleurs à la ville et à certaines provinces du sud du Vietnam. Fondé dans les années 1980, c'est un lieu rare qui conserve les caractéristiques du vieux Saigon.

Highly recommend this tour. Our guide Kelly was a joy. Passionate about her country, its culture and food, she had us exploring Districts 3 and 10. Forget the Michelin recommendations and go enjoy the authentic street food of Ho Cho Minh City.
Guides Kelly and Will were fantastic, funny, friendly and professional. Sampled 10 different dishes, visited places we would never have gone on our own and got a real insight into everyday Vietnamese life. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this tour and couldn’t have had a better guide than the fantastic Kelly! She is THE BEST! So much food, so much culture. Lovely to eat with local people and enjoy authentic food. Kelly goes above and beyond with advice and tips as well as answering any questions you might have. She grew up in the area and is passionate about her city. She also gave us some excellent suggestions on where to try different coffees etc in the city. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone and ask for Kelly if you can 😊
We weren’t at all confident with being part of the crazy traffic after our first day in the Minh but riding with our hosts Mei and Phu was a breeze. It is an experience I would recommend to anyone able bodied. We enjoyed lots of different foods in a variety of locations and even got the chance to cook some of it! I have now ridden in taxis and buses too but the back of the scooter was the best for taking in the sights and sounds. Highly enjoyable and Mei is a delight to communicate with.
Such a wonderful and unforgettable trip with Phuc. Phuc showed me around the local market and historical old apartment building which will never found it by myself. Nice trip and i never forget it. Thanks so much !!!
I did this tour on the back of a bike with my guide Justin. I had a fantastic time. He took me to a few non-touristy street food places and I even had a chance to try to make some Vietnamese street food by myself. Great food and an incredible way to explore Ho Chi Minh City. His driving was also very safe. I'd recommend this tour to anyone who wants to sample the food in HCM City and explore this city lifestyle (which everyone should).

It was a pleasure to take part at the Tour. One of the best things were, one guide for one person. You do the tour by riding a motorbike which is actual a big adventure. Justin has been a tour guide for 5 years - went on a privte food tour with him and my mom on a friends recommendation and really enjoyed it! It’s a 4 hour trip with so many food stops along the way. Justin brought us to the most local places and we have managed to try Vietnamese snacks that I haven’t ever tried before! Absolutely love the banh cuon would have that every day if I can! The banh mi is also nothing I have tried before - local ones are definitely different! Justin also brought us to the old apartments where American soldiers lived. Super friendly, good English, and good value for money too. Guys this is the street food walk to go to!
