Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. She encouraged questions and had many tidbits to share with us. The gathering area before and after your tour is very cute, with spaces for food, a rum bar, and clean bathrooms. The bartenders were very friendly with great drinks.

The tour guide I believe was named Marcella. She was very informative and amazing. Very good Tour but could have been longer and when we came before they let us take each one of the alcohol is not just one

Great place to visit while in P. R. It was informative, fun and interesting to learn about the history and distillation of BACARDÍ. The welcome drink was good and the tasting smooth. Love the movie and gift shop. The music in the bar area was popping. Go early and have a drink and hangout before the tour begins.

I showed up and they forced me to reschedule with no option to get a refund. I called the viator lady and she was rude also

A great way to spend a few hours. You show the gate guard your ticket, park, have a drink (included), wait for your tour, take a tram and do the tour, watch a well-done movie, tasting room, then souvenirs. Nayel, our guide, did an amazing job.
