Cette excursion d'une journée offre une expérience orientée client et présente les principaux points d'intérêt le long de son itinéraire. La visite est unique car les voyageurs peuvent choisir ce qu'ils aimeraient visiter et définir eux-mêmes les arrêts. L'intimité de la visite est garantie pour un voyage agréable sans calendrier ni horaire de marée.

Itinéraire
Prenez en charge à votre convenance de 8h30 à 9h30 à votre hôtel à Varna ou à proximité des zones de villégiature. Nous commencerons notre voyage en traversant l’un des monuments les plus spectaculaires de Varna – le pont Asparuhovo. Nous nous dirigerons vers le sud et à moins de 45 min en voiture, nous atteindrons la petite ville côtière Byala (Aspros). Là, nous pouvons faire un arrêt au cap Saint-Atanas pour visiter une ancienne ville des IVe-6e siècles après JC.
Sur le chemin de Nessebar, nous nous arrêterons à un endroit panoramique pour profiter de la vue sur la station balnéaire la plus célèbre et la plus grande de Bulgarie - Sunny Beach et sur la péninsule de Nessebar et la vieille ville de Nessebar elle-même.
Arrivée à Nessebar (Messembrie). La vieille ville de Nessebar est située sur une petite péninsule et est un site protégé par l'UNESCO depuis 1983. Déjeuner dans un restaurant traditionnel bulgare, avec des plats locaux faits maison. Les restaurants de fruits de mer sont également une option Après le déjeuner, nous ferons une promenade d'une heure à une heure et demie dans les rues pavées de la vieille ville avec une visite facultative du musée historique et des églises les plus célèbres. Les frais d'entrée ne sont pas inclus.

I was lucky enough to be the only person on the tour to Nessebar so I enjoyed a great day of conversation and Bulgarian history with Strahil, who is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. He will also adjust the activities to suit you/your group which is a nice touch. On top of that he gave a great recommendation for a seafood restaurant where we stayed to lunch - wonderful seafood and freshly baked bread. The tour is a leisurely pace with plenty of time for wandering, taking pictures, or even meeting other travellers along the way. And the drive is wonderfully scenic. You won't forget this adventure!

Strahil took me on a wonderful and historical tour of Nesebar and Byala! I learned a lot of history about Bulgaria’s origins and struggles to keep their heritage and traditions alive. As a native English speaker from the U.S., he has absolutely no issues speaking the language and that was nice for me as I am sure I would not understand a few of the Bulgarian historical words, so having someone educate me on both places in English was great! We were able to see the church sites in Nesebar and learned quite a bit about why Greek was written on many of the walls. I was fascinated by the rich history of this small Island that carries quite a historical weight. You could almost find something new about each church if you stay long enough and analyze the structures and fresco’s. Awe! That’s pretty much what sums up Nesebar and the second location of Byala! I’ve lived in Bulgaria for a few years but that’s not long enough to see it all. Byala is near Obzor and rests on the mountainside just northeast of Obzor. It’s a recently discovered winery where large pots are still intact. Both the winery and baptismal sites are visible. This was something I never expected to see on the tour. It was awesome! Strahil is a kind and knowledgeable/personable person and I HIGHLY recommend him! Of all the experiences I have had interacting with Bulgarians on a daily basis in the past, he stands out as one of the nicest people I’ve run into in Bulgaria! He is the kind of person that you won’t forget, even after a day trip! Thank you Strahil and thank you for the wonderful conversations. I appreciate it!
