I had never surged before but have always wanted too. The guide i had was very well informed and talked me through the basics which I was able to understand and put some into practise in the sea. I felt at ease during and fell in love with surfing during the lesson. Having now gotten the basics i will practise and book further lessons to help me progress ehich I talked through with the instructor who let me know what size board I should get. Really good. Excellent staff.

Alex & Jess are awesome instructors!! Highly recommend booking lessons with them. A group of 10 of us (a mixture of first time surfing and returning to surfing after a break) took part in 8 hours of surfing over 2 days. Not only did we learn so much from both of them, they were incredibly encouraging and down to earth. Focusing on having fun whilst learning and just enjoying the moment. Really great instructors, would highly recommend! Facilities are also great - hot shower tokens were a saviour.

Excellent surf lesson. Myself and my partner have previously had a surf lesson here but this time we booked in our 11 year old twins who were keen for a lesson. They had the best time and the whole team were super supportive and friendly. Jess was their instructor and she was so good at giving the boys confidence and skills to get them standing within the first 10mins! Great venue and would highly recommend to adults and kids alike 😊

If you’re thinking about booking a surf lesson, just stop thinking right now and book it. It was easily the best thing we’ve done as a family. My younger son declared this year was the year he was going to learn to surf and Fistral Beach Surf School were amazing throughout the entire process. They know everything and their instructors are a collection of the nicest people on the planet. Nick was my son’s instructor and he is henceforth known as the G.O.A.T surfer and instructor to my kids. He is some sort of miracle worker as he took my 10 year old son who was terrified of water and taught him with patience and confidence to the point my son stood up on his first try and then after the lesson asked to hire all the kit so he could stay in the sea for the rest of the day.

Me and my daughter on the day decided we would give surfing a go as it is something she has always wanted to do, it was very easy to book on the day (and cheap). The lady (instructor) was for clear and very helpful on what to do especially around health and safety. We felt her main job was to ensure we had fun, learnt and stayed safe. My daughter has ADHD and struggles with instructions but she did not struggle at all and loved it. All staff was very welcoming and good with us. Thank you for a great time and we will definitely be returning ☺️

Had a one on one lesson with Miles, I am blown away with what a positive impact it has had on my surfing, today I took everything he advised me to do and put it in to practice and my surf was unrecognisable. Awesome guy with a massive amounts of knowledge but also very good at conveying all the information. Worth every penny, thanks again Miles, Regards, Mat Wellbeloved. 🏄

Absolutely amazing experience for my 13 year old son. The instructor was really patient and kind. By the end he was standing up on the board.
