My Tour with Heather was amazing, it was my first time in Calgary and I really enjoyed, Heather is the best !
Both our tour guide, Lei and driver, Jim were awesome! Very friendly and helpful! Lei shared historical knowledge and insight to each of the destinations. Also helped us book the Maligne Lake Cruise last minute since our travel agent didn’t. Thank you to them both!
The weather was excellent so we had magnificent views. The trip was better than we had expected. The driver (Brian) was very knowledgeable.
The weather was great so we had magnificent views. The tour and the driver (Brian) were excellent. Highly recommended.
The tour was great. Arrived on time and Robin kept it fun and informative between stops. Lots of great scenery. Would book again.
A fun tour with lovely passengers. Our guide, Robyn, was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas we visited. She had a beautiful voice and a lively way of speaking! The tour itself, I felt was a bit rushed. We only had an hour at each of the major sights, esp Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. I would have loved to have a relaxing snack/picnic by the lakes to enjoy the views. Luckily, my sister and I were able to go back to Banff the next day, with Brewster Express, for a proper experience in the village of Banff.
Roger was wonderful, He is from Banff area himself and showed us all the beautiful parts of the park, He was driving the van and giving info to the passengers, we even played some trivia question game. Thank you
Phil was awesome, the views were amazing, the Johnston lower falls were gorgeous, getting to walk out on the frozen lake Louise was a beautiful experience. The weather was gorgeous, I packed a jacket and hardly had to use it. Only downside was due to some extenuating circumstances we had to swap the Marble Canyon with a trip through Banff, which we had planned with another tour. Otherwise this would easily be a 5 star review!
Johnson canyon was so much fun so pretty! We were provided with ice cleats that I ended up using at Johnson canyon and lake Louis which made walking around the lake much easier since the trails were pretty packed down and icy from use. The canyon hike was pretty easy with cleats not very much change in elevation. We also saw bow falls and surprise corner. Both stunning views. Your guide was great and pointed out great places to try in banff for the lunch portion and overall very knowledgeable. Gave good advice about how different things are in different seasons and what to expect. When certain attractions open up and close based on the season.
Hey Jennifer, Thank you for your precious review. You are right, these days Johnston Canyon is really icy because of the temperature difference between day and night. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our tour and looking forward to see you again in the future. Cheers.
Our family enjoyed touring Johnston Canyon, visiting Lake Louise, and sightseeing in Banff. Booking was smooth & easy, transport van was nice & clean, and our guide, Harrison, was courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking to hit the must-sees while visiting Banff!
