It was an amazing experience with all water sport activities arranged yesterday. We enjoyed the whole package. Mr.Ketut Putra was excellent person who guided us vey well. He was so friendly and quite good English speaker. With him our journey became so enjoyable yesterday. Thank you and special thanks to Mr. Ketut Putra.

Went for water sports. Good experience. Our driver Ketut Putra was very friendly, he took care of us throughout the day.

According to the booking, the excursion should have taken 2.5 hours. We were picked up at 11:00 am and dropped off at our vila between 6:00 and 6:30pm. We were with your tour company for over 7 hours. We had a booked dinner scheduled and was late by an hour because we weren't ready for our driver who was waiting at our villa when your driver dropped us off. The water park that was used was filthy and smelly especially the bathroom area where you had to change clothes and clean off after the activity , the equipment for the water sports was poorly maintained. The one available Jet Ski used for 20 or more customers at a time had to be bent over to get water out of an opening in the jet ski where I sat. It was kept opened and I saw the wires of the jet ski. It was 7 people in my party, and we had to wait to use that 1 jet ski. The banana boat and donut had visible tape on them. The parasailing experience was the worst. We waited almost an hour for a boat to come to take us out into the water, they crowded the seat of the boat with customers, my group got on first, but the workers let another group parasail first. We noticed one of workers collaborating with a customer and his wife to get on our boat to go first then to be picked up by a boat to be taken back. This customer came after us. There were 4 workers on the boat who stopped the boat in the middle of the water to refuel the boat as they were smoking cigarettes and drinking what look like green alcohol. They opened the bottom of the boat and poured gasoline as the customers sat and watched. The belts they put around us were frayed and tattered. The whole thing was so unsafe. Then they kept bringing more and more people on the boat to parasail until I told them to have a boat come out to get my group. This whole ordeal lasted over 1 hour, but took my group only 2 to 5 minutes to parsail and we went up 2 at a time. The workers were rude and unfriendly. The driver or host of your company was not around to ensure that we were being attended to or to keep things on schedule. I believed they left the area. Additionally, 2 cars came to pick up 8 people. I thought we were all going to be driven together. It took us almost 1.5 hours to get to the water sports activity and took over 2 hours to get back. If the booking excursion states 2.5 hours duration, this is misleading to the customer. The false advertisement impeded on other activities I booked for the evening causing us to have less time for that activity in-which we paid for. I would like to be reimbursed for this excursion.

Our driver (Aldo) arrived early to pick us up and sent us to the watersports. Damar was our guide at the watersports and took care of us well. Everything was fuss-free. It was unfortunate that one set of our photos were not taken, but it's alright. When done, our driver sent us to the night safari which was another great experience. The benefits of going with a tour operator was clear when we were getting our tickets. Some solo travellers had to queue twice cos they missed some steps. But Aldo did it all in one seamless step for us. There's some waiting needed for the night safari, but it was so worth it. The fire dance at the end was also nice. Once done, our driver sent us back to our accomodation safely. I will recommend going with Bali Sky Tours.

The trip was excellent and we enjoyed the sea walk, fly fish and parasailing experience in the clear blue waters. Our driver Putu Badung was very friendly and looked after us very well throughout the trip. Will be back here next year.

We had such an amazing time doing the water sports combo. I would suggest doing the flying fish and the other items and leave out the jet skiing because the instructor rides with you and holds the handle over you the entire time. Once we saw that we changed our activity package

Seeing family enjoying all the activities was well worth the cost. Could do with some clearer directions and lines to stop people queue jumping, great fun day.

The company was the cheapest for 4 activities that I found so would recommend it and it also included transport from/to our hotel. The best was the driver they sent (Wayan Gatra), who was very punctual and kind, waiting patiently all day to take us back to the hotel. His car was nice and very clean too, so it was all well organized.

The whole experience was amazing. Our driver, named Kadek made it an even more memorable time. We were able to choose which water sports we wanted and our tour guide who had the utmost manners and hospitality made it easier for us to plan out the day. Kadek was also able to adapt and adjust to our needs when we asked and was infact that good, we decided to take his personal number so he could take us to more excursions for the rest of our holiday, which we booked through him.
