La visite passe par La Sorbonne qui a commencé avec Robert de Sorbon qui était l'aumônier du Roi Saint Louis qui a construit la Sainte Chapelle.

Le circuit passe par Saint Etienne du Mont, sépulture d'une autre sainte, Sainte Geneviève, qui protégea la ville d'Atilla le Hun.
La visite descend une partie de la rue Mouffetard, la plus ancienne rue commerçante de la ville.
La visite passe par une section du Jardin des Plantes qui a été créé en 1635 et s'appelait le Jardin du Roi.
La visite se termine à l'amphithéâtre romain vieux de 2 000 ans, les Arènes de Lutèce.

Amazing walking tour that took me to parts of Paris I didn't know existed. Tour was easy to follow and enjoyed going at my own pace.
This was one of several self-guided tours we did with Annie - she’s awesome! You will see and hear things that you don't on other tours, like the Roman ruins. Very comprehensive and entertaining! Highly recommend this tour.
Annie did a great job preparing this tour. Very well thought out and we could travel at our own pace. So many wonderful sights with excellent commentary about the history and significance of each place. Would highly recommend.
I can’t imagine tackling Le Louvre without a tour guide. It’s too overwhelming and you need a guide.
Despite several attempts, having Wi-fi etc, this did not download so was useless. In following the instructions you get into a loop which then stuck, very frustrating. Better options elsewhere.

Interesting area with many possible stops, which could not be visited during this tour. Next time. The audio tour alone was a good experience and everything was clear. However, there was nothing about Seine!
We really loved this walking tour - great route, easy to follow, lots of information we would never have known if we did this from a guide book but the greatest thing was the ability to pause and enter shops, spend as long as we liked at a spot on the tour and pace the walk to suit our interests. Very easy to follow gps - such great value for money. We each wore an earbud and shared the one tour. There are about 5 in the series and each has its own attractions. You can download at home and use even if you don’t have data when you are in Paris.
Annie’s walking tours are great! This one takes you through highlights of the Latin quarter, hidden side streets and shares lots of history.
We loved this tour! We saw things we’d seen but never knew about. Turned corners we hadn’t turned before and were delighted. We have done 4 of these tours now and plan to do the newest ones next time we’re in Paris!
