Ce territoire protégé de 250 ha permet d'explorer la forêt à tous ses niveaux, du sol sur ses sentiers goudronnés jusqu'à la cime des arbres sur ses 6 ponts suspendus. Cette promenade dure environ 2 heures et demie et convient à tous les âges, même aux personnes handicapées qui peuvent profiter jusqu'à 50 % des sentiers. La journée se poursuit par une visite des sentiers El Mirador el silencio, où vous pourrez marcher sur une coulée de lave de 1968. Au cours de sa première éruption après une longue période de repos, l'Arenal s'est réveillé le 29 juillet 1968, détruisant quelques villages sur son chemin. Excellent experience with a lot of learning and a little bit excited.
We weren’t sure what to expect when we booked. We met the tour guides at a church in town where we parked our car and got into a very nice van. Fernando was our driver and did an amazing job navigating the steep roads, he had the car ready to go and cooled after each stop, and he gave us some great restaurant suggestions. Mau was our nature guide and knew so much about the area. We saw a toucan, eyelash viper, howler monkeys, lizards, tarantulas, and many more creatures at the hanging bridges walk. We also learned a lot about the area and specifically the volcanoes. The volcano hike was a little more strenuous - but totally doable and we had a nice breeze. After the activities we had lunch at a soda where our food had been ordered and a table was reserved - which was nice because it was crowded. The food was traditional and delicious. The tour was so easy because they took care of everything -so we member had to think about making a plan or having the right change - plus it was informative and we had so much fun. I highly recommend.

My husband and I were very lucky to be the only people on our tour, so we had Marvin’s complete attention. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything we asked in regards to the wildlife and culture of Costa Rica. He was also an incredible spotter, finding almost invisible lizards and birds. The hike at Mirador del Silencio was great as well. The view was amazing and the weather was great. Finally we went to a local place for lunch El fogón de chela, where the food was fantastic. Sour guava juice is my new favorite flavor! This was a fantastic trip and I would highly recommend Marvin and One With Nature any day.

Pedro knows a lot about nature and the area in general and he can transmit that in very smoothly way. We had the best wiews to the volcano. We spotted a lot of birds and some mammals as well.We really enjoyed this trip! I highly recommend this company.
