Itinéraire
À 5h30 : Visiter le plus grand marché flottant (Cai Rang) où se trouve le marché de gros. En chemin, vous aurez l'occasion de voir le lever du soleil sur le Mékong. Vous y ferez l'expérience de vous asseoir sur le bateau et de prendre votre petit-déjeuner sur le marché flottant, un fait incontournable lors de votre visite 7h15 : Visiter l'usine locale de vermicelles de riz où vous faites votre propre galette de riz et des vermicelles guidées par les locaux, essayez également la pizza aux vermicelles qui est faite par la femme du propriétaire. 8h00 : Après l'usine des vermicelles, vous prendrez un verre au café hamac, se balancez et profitez de l'atmosphère. 8h30 : Direction d'authentiques petits canaux - l'un des dix plus beaux canaux du monde. Il fait plus d'une heure pour parcourir les canaux, très longs et paisibles. Notre chauffeur de bateau arrêtera de conduire, mais en pagayant lentement pour que vous puissiez vous immerger dans la nature avec de nombreux arbres verts et des chants d'oiseaux qui vous rendent si détendus et profiter de l'air frais. 9h20 : Retournez à votre hôtel.

Phong was AMAZING! He showed us a world we otherwise would not have seen! From the Bun Rieu on the boat, coconut for the ride, making Ho Tieu noodles, to just soaking in the best part of our trip…Phong and our boat driver absolutely made our trip!

Super fun early morning trip! Jane met us right at our hotel in the morning and walked us to the port ! The floating market trip really interesting and informative, and excellent value for money as you get Vietnamese coffee, breakfast and fruit platter all included from different boats ! Jane is an excellent guide, she studied english linguistics and her english is excellent and can answer any questions you have, and makes the trip worthwhile with her humour and good attitude to tourism!

It was a very uniquely different experience for us. The boat ride on a wooden boat to the market along the tributary of the Mekong river, having to experience partial sunrise. And to savour the sights, sounds and smells of the living boat life and floating market is one of the highlights of this region. Our guide, Phoenix was punctual, shared a lot about the contextual aspects of life, food, culture. We really enjoyed ourselves and recommend this trip!

Phoenix from floating market tour was an amazing host and guide. He spoke great English which helped us understand all the local customs and traditions. I’ve seen this many times on documentaries and Instagram but to experience it in person especially with such a knowledgeable guide was a bucket list moment in time. Highly recommended
