Les clients seront pris en charge à leur hôtel par un guide/chauffeur professionnel et se dirigeront vers la porte d'embarquement de Robben Island où ils embarqueront sur le ferry pour Robben Island. Les billets pour le ferry sont inclus et seront remis au client par le guide/chauffeur avant l'heure d'embarquement. Les invités auront l'occasion d'être guidés par l'ancien détenu politique de Robben Island qui partagera de vraies histoires de leur séjour dans la prison de Robben Island. La visite durera quatre heures et les invités retourneront à la porte d'embarquement où la visite se terminera.

This tour did just what it said it would - picked up us at our hotel and brought us to the ferry to Robben Island, included all tickets, and brought us back to our hotel after the tour. Once on the ferry, the Robben Island system takes over from there (you're not on a separate tour but instead with the group on the ferry, which as fine). Our driver was kind and helpful. I'll mention to anyone that doesn't know, I've you're staying within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront, the ferry leaves from the waterfront and it is an easy walk, which we didn't realize. Apple maps will take you right there and it would have been a 9 minute walk from our hotel. For anyone staying elsewhere or for someone who doesn't want to deal with the logistics of buying the tickets, this is a great and easy service. Robben Island itself is well worth the trip, and a sobering experience.
The cruise was amazing, I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning to travel to Robben Island.

Hotel pickup and drop off was a great addition as it took the stress out of finding where to go and how to get there. Friendly service, even though we were made to wait 20 minutes to be picked up. The tour itself was great. Loved the experience and ease of booking with Viator!

The driver who picked me from my hotel was chaotic,noisy ,rude terrible I almost cancelled my trip and did not use his services back to the hotel i ordered an uber.
I had wonderful time. Cape town is beautiful. I enjoyed the tour and experience. The guide was friendly and welcoming. Definitely visiting Cape Town again😊
