Thanks for the ride

If using this app, proceed to ground transportation uber/lyft. I did not know. Also it would be great if driver text the area they will be waiting. My driver was nice but his freshener did not cover up the urine smell.

The worst experience I ever had getting ground transportation

You cannot find them at the airport. They do not answer their phones or emails. That’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend them for anything. The word terrible doesn’t describe it. I ended up having to get a cab.

Transporting

I was never contacted to be picked up from airport. Had disabled friend with me as airport rolled around ground 1 an 0 looking for transportation. Waiting for refund.

Never showed up- even when called

They did not show up at our arrival. When called they said they had no record and that our reservation was missing information even though we had a confirmation number and they charged my card . The taxis were amazing- just take taxis, even if you have to take a couple to accommodate your group

Mary J Bliegh concert in Vegas

Customer service is a major plus, you actually talk to a human my driver didn't send me no pickup location or didn't call me, so once I got off the plane I called customer service I was on hold for about 40 minutes but she stayed on the phone with me until my situation was handled and I had a ride.
