Retrouvez votre Guide à la gare historique de Carioca alors que la ville passe à la nuit. Nous commençons avec un favori local pour une tasse chaude de Pão de Queijo gluant (12 pièces à partager) associée à un traditionnel rafraîchissant Maté glacé à la limonade (300 ml), le rafraîchissement de rue par excellence de Rio.
Remontez le temps dans une taverne locale centenaire et historique. Ici, vous trinquerez à la nuit avec une authentique photo de Cachaça artisanale et une photo abrutissante de Jambu amazonien à partager. Pour équilibrer les boissons, vous allez fouiller dans deux Empadinhas au poulet traditionnel (tartes salées et feuilletées au four).
Allez plus loin dans les rues animées de Lapa. Dans cet incontournable du quartier, nous dégustons deux des bouchées de bar salées préférées du Brésil : une portion de Bolinho de Bacalhau croustillant et doré (6 gâteaux de morue) et une traditionnelle Coxinha au poulet en forme de larme (6 unités).
Visitez les célèbres marches de Selarón qui s'illuminent pour la soirée. Ici, nous nous arrêtons à un stand de rue légendaire pour une rue Caipirinha massive, fraîchement embrouillée de 500 ml. Sirotez le cocktail national brésilien tout en trempant dans l'énergie bohème vibrante et les mosaïques de tuiles colorées.
Gardez l'énergie en mouvement dans les ruelles bohèmes animées de Lapa. Nous nous arrêtons dans ce haut lieu local populaire pour grignoter une portion fraîche de piping-hot et croustillante Polenta frite – la nourriture réconfortante savoureuse ultime à partager entre amis.
Terminez le voyage gastronomique au célèbre mur de la rue de Lapa juste à côté de l'emblématique aqueduc Arcos da Lapa. Mordre dans un Pão de Alho (pain brésilien à l'ail) fraîchement grillé et fumé farci à la crème d'ail riche et au fromage fondu, vous laissant dans l'endroit idéal pour continuer votre soirée à Rio.

Great tour with Filipe, perfect mix of food stops, drink stops and sights. He was absolutely lovely about the fact that I’m Pescatarian and was able to easily take that into account. Highly recommend if you want an authentic Brazilian experience .

A great way to be introduced to Brazilian food, drinks, and nightlife. Giovanna was a great host. She took my wife and I out to some great bars that we otherwise wouldn’t have found and certainly helped us try things that we wouldn’t have even known were Brazilian specialties. Amazing Rio night food tour in Lapa that showed us a completely different side of the city.
