Nous vous invitons à entrer dans notre projet de boutique unique et à découvrir ce qui se cache « Beyond the Ashes » – une visite qui vous emmène à l’âme même de notre cave. Cette expérience va bien au-delà d’une visite conventionnelle ; c’est un voyage dans le temps dans un cadre exclusif, offrant un aperçu profond de notre philosophie et de notre identité volcanique. Chaque coin de la cave a une histoire à raconter. Guidé par une dégustation de quatre vins signatures, vous découvrirez, dans chaque note et nuance, l'histoire, la dédicace, et le caractère volcanique de la terre et des gens qui la cultivent. La dégustation de vin est accompagnée d'un léger accord snack servi avec chaque vin. « Beyond the Ashes » est un hommage à nos racines et un clin d’œil à l’emblématique vin « Cenizas de Timanfaya » de 1999, qui a marqué une étape importante dans les îles Canaries, tout comme les cendres volcaniques qui ont façonné les sols continuent de définir le caractère de nos vins aujourd’hui.

Votre voyage commence par un accueil chaleureux dans notre cave boutique. Découvrez l'incroyable secret géologique de notre domaine : la cave est construite directement sur une véritable veine de lave visible. Découvrez comment les dramatiques éruptions du Timanfaya ont créé ce paysage unique et ont fourni les bases de nos vignobles. Suivez votre Guide dans les espaces intimes de notre cave. Vous découvrirez la viticulture extrême des îles Canaries, découvrirez comment nos vignes prospèrent dans les cendres volcaniques et comment nous concilions tradition et innovation pour extraire la véritable force du sol. Terminez votre visite dans notre magnifique espace dégustation. Guidé par notre Expert vin, vous apprécierez une dégustation sensorielle de 4 vins signatures. Dans chaque verre, vous découvrirez les arômes, textures et nuances du terroir volcanique. Pour rehausser le profil de saveur de chaque millésime, votre vol de vin sera accompagné d'une sélection soignée de bouchées sucrées et salées légères, parfaitement conçues pour équilibrer la minéralité unique des vins

An absolute must do when in Lanzarote. Alberto is a wonderful host, very knowledgeable and personable. The whole experience was intimate, informative and beautifully thought through. You can tell that he loves the land that he grew up on. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Bought wine at the end which is also very well priced. He let us see his chickens, gave us eggs FOC and encouraged us to try all the crops and herbs he was growing. Would 100% reccomend to couples and friend groups. Best experience in Lanzarote so far 10/10. Thank you Alberto!

We are a small group of friends who wanted to have a winery experience whilst on holiday in Lanzarote. We were not disappointed. It is an amazing tour and Alberto was an amazing host. The location is quite remote so recommend you give your taxi driver the coordinates rather than the address as it was quite difficult to find. I would also recommend that some signage be erected along the main road so it's easy to find. But it was a great afternoon and very interesting. Thank you to Alberto for taking the time to show us around his wonderful winery.

Great setting, lovely, lovingly designed bodega, super nice winemaker and guide and the best: very good to excellent wines for tasting with perfectly matching accompanying snacks.
