Commencez cette aventure en kayak avec un service de prise en charge pratique depuis votre hôtel sur toute l'île de Lanta. Rencontrez votre guide à la jetée de Thung Yee Pheng sur la côte nord-est de Lanta, recouverte par les feuilles vert vif et les racines obsédantes des mangroves qui bordent un labyrinthe de ruisseaux, de rivières et de criques tranquilles.
Voyagez dans la forêt de mangroves de Thung Yee Pheng, officiellement protégée, en bateau à longue queue, qui offre une pause intéressante des plages. Il n’est pas nécessaire de chercher bien loin pour apercevoir des crabes violoneux se tordant dans les sédiments boueux maintenus ensemble par les racines sombres en forme de tube. Les grues, les aigles marins et de nombreux autres types d'oiseaux planent au-dessus des arbres ou des poissons dans les bas-fonds.
Continuez vers Koh Talabeng, vraiment le point culminant de ce voyage. C'est une ancienne et grande île rocheuse au large de la côte est de Koh Lanta Noi. Deux énormes rochers de plus de 100 mètres de haut dominent la surface comme de grands géants protégeant un trésor qui composent l'île de Talabeng. Les anciens pirates utilisaient la série de cavernes de cette île comme abri. Découvrez l'île verdoyante en kayak et repérez de petites créatures telles que des singes et des lézards. Entrez dans de petites et grandes grottes marines qui contiennent de l'eau douce et claire, des stalagmites et des stalactites qui scintillent et brillent.
Alors il est temps de faire une petite pause sur l'île de Bu Bu pour recharger vos batteries. Profitez d'un déjeuner thaïlandais sain et baignez-vous sur la plage tranquille avant de vous diriger vers Koh Aung et Koh Kum, pour une courte visite touristique autour des petites îles.

Beware this trip is not as advertised and not ethical!! Just before getting on a boat we were told there is no half day mangrove and sea cave kayaking; it’s either one or the other. After speaking to several people they sent us off to kayak the mangroves (35 mins with 2 stops rather than the 1 hour) then got on a boat to the sea caves where it became apparent we were now there for the full day which we specifically hadn’t wanted. There’s a cove where they feed the monkeys which had we known we definitely wouldn’t have paid to have anything to do with, the guide also did his best to scare birds so we could see them fly out of a cave.. There’s enough natural beauty on this trip and actual wildlife to not need to be doing these unethical practises anymore. If you book this be prepared to find out there is no such tour and what you do on the day depends how the organisers figure out what to do with you. Tried reporting this to Tripadvisor but their response was “what do you want us to do about it”

This is my third holiday in Thailand and I have never experienced such a wonderful trip! The guide and captain were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking us to remote places without any other tourists! Our group was only 9 people which made the experience even more personalised! Lunch was perfect, dietary requirements were requested beforehand, we were kept hydrated all day! Perfect mix of kayaking, cave exploring, beach and swimming excursion and longtail boating! It was breathtaking! Thank you so much!
This was a truly awesome experience. It seemed that the organizers planned the trip to avoid other groups. Therefore it felt like we are the only in the nature. Our guide was a real character: funny, caring and very informative and insightful.
Very nice tour. We had some kayaking (I thought it would be in the forest, which it wasnt), we visited some islands and we had a delicious lunch. Also our guide was very kind and he spoke English very good. I loved feeding monkeys on the boat :D Everything was without a problem. Thank you!

Our guide, Sing, was knowledgeable, welcoming and playful. We loved kayaking, swimming, beach combing and spelunking. The monkeys were a highlight. They are particularly special and gentle because the tour company has established routines around feeding and interactions with humans that felt safe. We enjoyed our half day tour but would have happily spent a whole day on the water. Would highly recommend the experience.
