Quand l'hiver recouvre le canyon de neige, le paysage se transforme en un merveilleux pays magique avec des chutes gelées et des formations de glace complexes. Durée totale : 60 min
Ville de Banff seulement en hiver à partir du 14 octobre. Banff Avenue est la rue principale de la ville de Banff, en Alberta, en plein cœur du parc national Banff. C'est le centre animé où vous trouverez un mélange de restaurants, cafés, boutiques, magasins de souvenirs et galeries, le tout dans un décor magnifique des montagnes Rocheuses.

We had a wonderful tour guide, Aissine. He was very knowledgeable and enjoyed his job. We were a group of about 16. A few of us had mobility issues and he went out of his way to lead us to areas where we could see everything. He took pictures of all of us. It was a long, exhausting day but a Wonderful experience.

Ray our Tour guide is very nice and efficient. But the start of the trip itself is like the worst experience ever. I book the trip 3 days before and We receive the confirmation and I had the App on my apple wallet. I receive a confirmation that we have to be in the meeting place at least 15 mins and we are. When we’re on the meeting place, there’s like 50 people waiting outside the Delta hotel and seems confuse and looking for their shuttle no. No SYSTEM AT ALL! No placard or banner which bus no are we going NOT VERY ORGANIZE. There was like 8 bus and everyone is just looking around very confuse. I call the operator on their website and I asked him what bus are we?? He shows me the list of the name on which bus. Which our name was not on it. A lot of people are calling him and asking for Bus No. Everyone is just asking him which after he said stay on our spot and he will be back. We waited for another 15 mins and still No BUS no information. It’s raining and cold and we are left outside waiting which bus are we going. More than 20 mins and still we are just standing, I already asked him are we still going and he said just give me a moment, the tour was already late more than 30 mins. And then by the time he put us on the one bus which is almost full. So it cause us to be sitting in a different chair. The only good thing about the trip is our Tour Guide RAY! And he is awesome.

You're right, the large number of passengers at Delta Hotel made things hectic, and communication wasn't as smooth as it should have been. That's not the experience we want to provide. Great tour with Matrix Tours & travels. The tour is very well planned and complete value for money. It is hassle free, specially in the peak travel summer season when passes & parking area difficult to manage. Our tour guide, Aashish, was great. He is a good driver, funny & takes requests when applicable. He shared fun facts along the way and even came along to the locations with the group to guide us along. All in all, it was a great day.

A wonderful day exploring the Canadian Rockies with guide, Aashish. Started at Moraine Lake, then to Lake Louise, Emerald Lake, Johnston Canyon, and Natural Bridge. Everything was perfect! The only thing is that, the tour was 8 hours for Banff pick up and drop off not 12 hours.
