Souvent décrite comme «l'image du paradis», la ville alpine de Bled vous enchantera avec son lac vert émeraude, son île féerique et son imposant château dominant une falaise rocheuse. Vous aurez la chance de visiter le château et de prendre le petit bateau nommé "pletna" pour visiter la petite île au milieu du lac.

The guide Alexander was very good and I learnt a lot from him. Lake Bled was beautiful and I enjoyed visiting the castle and the island. I was not expecting so many tourists and that reduced enjoyment of the experience a bit but clearly out with the control of the tour organisers.

The guide, Neža was fantastic. Knowledgeable, flexible, directive, and made the experience great. There was someone in training (sorry I forgot his name!) who was also fantastic, taking us out to the island on Lake Bled. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. The pick up was a bit hectic with many other groups meeting at the pick up spot, but other than that it was fantastic.

Pick-up at pick-up locatuon was smooth and timely. The ride to Lake Bled was enjoyable. I did not take the castle tour, it was arranged that I could be dropped off at the main bus station in Bled to walk around on my own, until the castle tour ended. Highlight of the trip the pletna ride on the lake. The weather was slightly overcast and offered a slight breeze, making the crossing outstanding. If you decide to walk around the perimeter of the island, please note some parts of the trail do not have guard rails. One slip of a missplaced foot and you find yourself in the water. Also note, Lake Bled is a major atteaction for both foreign visitors and Slovenians alike. In the summertie, the traffic in and out is bumper to bumper

It was very convenient that the meeting point was right across from my hotel. The tour started on time; there were seven of us in an eight-seater vehicle. We arrived in Bled in an air-conditioned vehicle while our guide, Klemen, provided commentary. Admission to the castle and the "cream cake" were included in the package. During the free time allotted to us, we explored the castle, enjoyed the view, and ate our cake. Afterward, we set off for the island. Tito's former summer residence is now a restaurant; we visited it, headed down, and crossed to the island in boats known as *pletna*. We happened to run into a wedding there—a lovely experience, though waiting for the proceedings cut into our available time. Consequently, there wasn't enough time to buy the additional ticket required to visit the church and other sites. Upon returning to the mainland, there were only 45 minutes left, so I simply waited for the return trip while having a quick bite. It was a nice tour, though they could have extended the duration by another hour or two.

This was a last minute booking tour, but my guide recieved right away. Im sure my guide' name was Lukka. I was only one of the few who was a solo traveler, and felt insecure around all the couples and families. Luka did a good job of making sure everyone felt significant. I enjoyed the the country view of Slovenia. It is no longer a best kept secret a once quiet nation has to put up with the United Nation.

The tour was very good Our driver was v chatty but very knowledgeable and interesting At lake bled we went to the island - 45 minutes on it when really needed 20 Then drive round lake- which was awesome Then went to Bled castle - very impressive views but again didn’t really need 50 minutes there Well worth the visit but note the fees for the island (19euro) and castle (20 euro) not included in tour price- which was stated. Also need cash to pay for these tickets
