Le lac Vouliagmeni est un trésor rare de la péninsule attique. Nagez dans les eaux chaudes du lac du spa, riches en minéraux, qui maintiennent une température de 22°C toute l'année.

Ce temple dorique a été érigé pendant l'âge d'or de Périclès. Il a été consacré à Poséidon, le dieu olympien de la mer, et est situé au bord du cap Sounion sur la côte sud de l'Attique, avec une vue spectaculaire sur la mer Egée

Every aspect from pick up to drop off was wonderful! We enjoyed learning so much about the Greek culture. The sites were amazing!
We enjoyed the pick up from our Airbnb and appreciated the good AC. The tour seemed a bit expensive for what it was. The driver was nice, but did not provide many stories or tour-related information. At the lake, you have to pay to get in. Also, they have towels at the lake, so you do not have to bring your own (we bought towels the night before, thinking we needed to bring them.). We really enjoyed the Temple of Poseidon - beautiful views and very windy! It costs €20 to walk up to the actual temple. However, you do not need to pay just to walk around the base. A majority of the tour is spent driving (about an hour from Athens to the lake, 45 min from the lake to Temple of Poseidon, 1 hour and 45 min back to Athens). Overall, we would recommend doing the lake separately, so you can stay and enjoy it longer. They have a bar and restaurant! We had about 1.5 hours at the lake and 40 minutes at the temple.
The drive from Athens is beautiful along the coastline and our guide, Taylor, was sure to point out interesting places along the way, as well as makingsure that we stopped along the way to take beautiful pictures. The lake was better than I expected it to be in the area around the lake is so charming. It was a relaxing experience that I highly recommend. At Poseidon‘s temple we were able to walk around and have enough time to chat with others visitors which is often times the best part of the trip! Those views are breathtaking!

Stavros was very friendly and informative and attentive. Excellent guide. He stopped at beauty spots for us to take photos, along the coast. The lake is an actual spa, so it is worth just booking the extra for swimming which we missed out on! Poseidon’s Temple is nice because it is a lot quieter than the acropolis, but whether it was worth the entrance fee is another matter (€20).

The man is a driver not a tour guide he was a lovely man but didn't know much the poaidon I don't believe is worth the trip
