The experience was really smooth. The pickup was on time, actually 20 min earlier 😅. The guide , Ray entertained us with all the info around moraine and louise and also about the bears. He guided us to the best spots in both moraine and lake Louise. The highlight of the trip was Ray’s entertaining talk about the Banff. Hatsoff to the service by Jumper tours

You better just book a shuttle. This tour adds nothing, all you get is a blanket, umbrella and cup of tea. For much less money you can only book a shuttle through other operators. Can also be done at sunrise.

Wij bieden echter een complete sunrise-ervaring met kleine groepen, extra tijd bij beide meren, koffie/thee, dekens, paraplu's en een comfortabele service. If you’re lucky enough to have Ray as your guide, you’re in for much more than a sightseeing tour. From the moment we left, everything was organized, punctual, and effortless. Ray shared the history, geology, wildlife, and stories of Banff with genuine passion, but what stood out most wasn’t just what he knew—it was how much he cared about the people on his tour. Our group couldn’t have been more diverse. Different ages, different mobility levels, different expectations, different levels of patience. Somehow Ray made every person feel seen. He paced the day beautifully, checked in with everyone without making it obvious, adapted when needed, and created an experience where no one felt rushed and no one felt left behind. Watching the sunrise over Moraine Lake and then experiencing Lake Louise was unforgettable, but Ray’s kindness, calm presence, and thoughtful attention to every guest elevated the entire day. It takes knowledge to be a guide. It takes heart to make strangers feel cared for. Thank you, Ray, for sharing your beautiful corner of the world with such generosity. It was a privilege to spend the morning with you.
Viator provides confusing and contradictory instructions regarding tour pickup details. I will never recommend using Viator to anyone because they refuse to accept responsibility for sending constant email reminders about the trip that contain incorrect pickup location details. This resulted in miscommunication with the tour operator and a missed tour which was non-refundable.
We're sorry that you missed your tour. To provide additional context for future travelers, we'd like to clarify what happened. However, before your tour we contacted you by phone, email, and text message to confirm your pickup location and tour details, but unfortunately we did not receive any response. Throughout June, we successfully welcomed over 800 guests using the same communication process without any pickup issues. As a goodwill gesture, we even offered you 50% off our afternoon tour so you could still enjoy the experience, but this offer was declined. Please note that our tours have limited capacity, and your reservation occupied seats that could not be resold. As stated in our booking policy, guests are responsible for arriving at the confirmed pickup location on time, and missed tours are non-refundable. We wish you safe travels.
Great tour!!!!! The guide is funny with lots of stories, and he can even play harmonica!!!! The sunrise is amazing! Like want to stay amazing!
Very good tour. Fully enjoyed. Time was great. Mike and Ozzie were excellent! It was well worth the fee.
We loved it, easy pick up, friendly guide, well organised, the blanket, cushion, hot chocolate and biscuits were a lovely touch! Would recommend, definitely.

Very friendly guide, pickup and last-minute change of pickup location were uncomplicated. The tour also included coffee, tea, snacks, blankets, and pillows, everything was top-notch.
