La vue au Palm Jumeirah à Dubaï

Description

Have rebooked tickets for 3pm and arrive c30 mins before our time. (As per instructions)The queue was massive at that time. There were no signs anywhere to say it this was a queue to buy tickets or for pre booked. Eventually found a worker and told to join the queue. When we eventually moved along and the queue got into the building it then snaked around in side (it was stifling). This took about an hour. The queue then moved into rooms. About 50/60 at a time to see history of Palm and other info After 2 hrs we were inside building still in dark queue. No worker to be seen. Eventually got to the lifts. (Only 2) about 20 could get in at a time. But they were constant letting those with premium tickets jump in ahead. People were getting really agitated At 5.30 we got to the top - only to see people in a q to get back We took about 5 photos andwere so exhausted , hot , kids were so cross we just queued to go back down. It was the worst organised experience I have ever been too and it ruined what should have been a lovely experience. They obviously sold way too many tickets for each slot.
The same morning I am informed that “because of a failure in the reservation system”, our reservation has been cancelled and that I am refunded.... Mind-blowing when we had booked and paid for it for over two weeks and nothing, in the end we couldn't see the views or anything. Too bad. Very angry. Next time I will book directly from the website without going through mediators like Tripadvisor. I find it regrettable and very unserious that a paid reservation is cancelled the same day.
View at The Palm Dubai offers an outstanding and memorable experience that beautifully highlights the city’s charm. The observation deck provides stunning 360-degree views of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and Dubai’s skyline. The journey to the top is smooth and well-organized, with informative exhibits explaining the vision and development of the Palm. The viewing area is spacious, allowing visitors to enjoy the scenery comfortably and capture amazing photos. Both daytime and sunset visits are equally impressive. The staff are friendly and professional, enhancing the overall experience. However, the photos clicked by the staff are quite expensive and could be more affordable to encourage more visitors to take home professional memories. Overall, it remains a must-visit attraction in Dubai.
Booking was easy. View was amazing because we had the perfect weather. Lines were not long so it was fast access. Everything is expensive at the top. Paid parking at the bottom if you are driving, not expensive.
Good ambience Staff very helpful Mesmerizing picture Worth visiting again and again A must visit before you die it should be in your bucket list
The Palm Jumeirah viewing is a beautiful sight and place to visit the best time to visit the Palm jumeirah is during sunset and beyond at the top of the view there aNice restaurant
Superb 360 view of the palm tree. Glass floor to take pictures. To access it you have to go through the email. The tower is really majestic.
Very beautiful and professional stuff, highly recommend ! The view was clear and the cooperation of the team was amazing.
Amazing views of the palm and so informative it’s not just up and down they teach you so much in just 5 mins and then you can spend up to 2 hours up here eating and drinking which was an experience I recommend going half an hour before sunset and you get the most picturesque views the only fault was the service from the photographers we had to physically find them to get a picture and they were very short with us dies to only having one photographer
Having had some photos taken, I purchased a photo from the counter. I was given a QR code which I was told to use later. When I got home, I found the QR code was invalid. Having contacted the photo service (DEI Global) who took the photos at the observation deck, they said I only paid for the printed version. I then offered to pay for the digital version, but they said I had to return back to site in person to do so. Obviously I cannot simply fly over 3,000 miles just to pay for a digital version. The salesperson at the venue did not say anythig about paying for the digital photo, but instead telling me to use the QR code for the digital copy. There was problems at the shop counter as well, when the person serving me did not process my tax free claim. When I asked, she said I did not meet the minimum amount required even though I did. I had to show her an official website which indicated the tax-free eligibility.
