Bruno and Arturo were very pleasant, knowledgable, and accommodating. They picked us up on time and helped us by dropping us off in time for mass back in Mexico City. Sant Maria Tonanzintla and Sabtiario Nuestra Senora de los Remedios were the highlights of the tour with quiet time to pray the rosary and reflect on the history of these places.
Fantastic experience. Our guide Jorge was incredibly knowledgeable & an absolute fountain of insight. We especially enjoyed learning about the pyramids & Mexican Baroque architecture. 10/10 an incredible tour
We loved being able to experience 2 different cities during our trip to Mexico City. Our guide spoke fluent English and was very knowledgeable about the culture and history of our sites. The van was comfortable, and we felt safe and attended to the entire trip. The temple of Santa Maria Tonantzintla and the Biblioteca Palafoxiana were incredible! The walking was very brisk, so if you have any problems with mobility then you will need accommodations for this tour. We felt rushed, which is understandable because there was so much to see and do. However, I wish that I had requested modifications or that they had been offered during the tour. If you really want to take some good pictures, or to shop at the mercado in Puebla, then you should request to do so even if it means skipping one or two sites. Overall, this was a great tour. Our guide appreciated our interest in history and we learned so much from him. One of my family members left their cell phone behind in the van. I called Trip Advisor's main number and spoke with a representative who put me in contact with the driver (Christian) within 5 minutes. Christian was so friendly and understanding! He immediately located the phone and drove it to my hotel. I am extremely grateful for him!!!
Our guide was extremely competent and very caring. This is a quite long trip from Mexico City but we did not even realized as he spent the entire drive digging into Mexican history and preparing us to see Puebla. The library, the Cathedral and especially the chapel of rosary are so beautiful - I really reccomend this tour and this tour operator
All around excellent experience! We loved the towns and sights and our guide, Marta, was excellent. She provided great insights and historical background in a conversational way. The library in Puebla was a real highlight. Highly recommended.
We had a WONDERFUL tour with this company! The communication before the tour was very professional and detailed. And they fully customized the tour for us to include lovely Atlixco (because we were just bring dropped off in Puebla.). Our guide, Ramon, was so knowledgeable - we learned so much! And our driver, Carlos, made us feel very safe. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any of their tours!
Excellent private tour of Cholula and Puebla. Its a couple hour drive over from Mexico City but the ride was comfortable in an SUV with water provided, and we stopped halfway for a view of the volcanoes. George is an excellent guide with a strong background in history and excellent English. Also a big movie fan if you want to talk films to pass the time.
It made for a very full day, but well worth it. Ramon, the tour guide, and Augustine the driver were both excellent. The itinerary was very well thought out with interesting stops along the way. Ramon was very open to modifying the schedule, based on our interests Cholula and Pueblo are both so different from Mexico City, was wonderful to learn more about the heritage of the area.
Ramon was a great tour guide , very knowledgeable and patient . Arturo who was our driver was very good too and drove us safely to the sites . Highly recommended
Veronica and Arturo were the best! We got a wonderful history lesson and lots of information about the places we visited. They were also kind enough to make sure we found some gifts and they stayed at a perfect tempo as we walked through the city streets. Highly recommend!
