Description
Avec l'Eden Chocolate Tour, vous profiterez d'une visite guidée d'une heure et 45 minutes. La première partie se déroule dans notre plantation de cacao biologique, où le visiteur peut découvrir la fleur de cacao, les cacaoyers, ainsi que les étapes de fermentation et de séchage au soleil des fèves de cacao. Une deuxième partie se déroule à l'intérieur du ranch, où le visiteur peut torréfier et moudre les fèves de cacao ; il peut également découvrir les processus de conchage et d'affinage du chocolat. À la fin, le visiteur peut confectionner ses propres chocolats.

What a brilliant experience. I was so confused by all the different tours and now I’m so pleased we chose this one. Nelson was a wonderful host, and the whole experience from arrival to departure was perfect. A walk through the organic farm, to cutting open the pod, to cracking open cacao etc etc 90mins flew by and our 13yr olds were interested throughout. Oh and the chocolates we made are delicious!
We did this chocolate tour as a group of seven. We had grandparents down to grandkids (ages 5 and 8), and it worked well for everyone, one of our favorite guided tours of the trip. Our guide, César, was informative the whole way through. He had us curious and laughing, singing and chanting for most of the tour. So fun. We ended up being the only group that afternoon, which made it feel more like someone showing you around his farm than a tour. Highly recommend.
This was so fun and our tour guide, Norman, was so knowledgeable and lovely. We even got to see a sloth during this experience. We learnt about the history of cacao and made some of our own chocolates. Definitely worth doing if you’re visiting La Fortuna
This tour was amazing. We learn a lot about the process of making both coffee and chocolate. The tour guide was awesome. Nelson was truly authentic and very engaging and he did lovely tastings of coffee and chocolate. I highly recommend it if you want to experience the true way of life of the Costa Rica people Pura vida Alvaro, Andrea and sofia.
A very nice experience. The tour was great with a good combination of interactive and informatic parts. The chocolate tastes very good and the food at the restaurant also tastes amazing.

Porfi was a great guide! Very engaging and entertaining while also exceptionally knowledgeable. Kept our 9, 11 and 18 year old kids engaged the entire time. Good balance between history and education and delicious chocolate and fun. All the other staff were warm and welcoming too.
