We were tired and didn't want to give the game a good effort...plus it was fairly tough for me and my teenager. We just wanted something that would show us London in a fun way but it was not doing that. It just took us down a bunch of alleyways until we gave up.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Loves the interaction with the shops, cafes and pubs... Also loved the use of props. Just the 007 experience left to complete the set.
Had such a fun experience, having lived in and around London for 48 years the city gets really boring and expensive at times. This opened up little areas of London I didn't even know existed, and they utilize other businesses which I think Is a fantastic idea. I don't want to give anything away but one clue had us stumped and we were laughing once we realized the answer was staring us in the face the whole time. I thought this was amazing value for money and we had a brilliant time.
We had a fantastic time doing Hunt for the Cheshire Cat. The whole experience was really well planned and the puzzles kept us thinking without being frustrating. I especially loved the audio responses—they added a fun, immersive touch to the adventure. It also took us to parts of London we hadn’t explored before, which made the journey even more enjoyable. Along the way we discovered some quirky bars and interesting stops that we probably would never have found otherwise.
The game was super well organized and showed us London in a way even the local residents had not seen. And the outsiders throughly enjoyed this way of seeing the lanes and highlights of London. The 4 mile route covers most of central London and the clues are very engaging and reasonably challenging and fun to solve. Lots of pubs and Thames crossings where you can pause and relax.
A team of children ranging in age from 9-15yo. It's a long afternoon, with a lot of walking but so many possible recharge points - ice cream parlour, chocolate shop etc. We loved how the bar staff where in on the adventure! We definitely needed some tips along the way but it was super easy to text and ask for help. Highly recommend for an afternoon with kids and/or adults!
We were a family of 4. Kids age 11 and 13. We had a brilliant time on this tour. It was well organised, easy to follow and great fun. It took us around 3.5 hours - having a drink in a couple of the bars. Took us into some areas of London we would not have gone otherwise which were really interesting to see. The props and games we were given after stating our secret code to staff at various different venues across the city were a good level of difficulty - made us think, but not impossible and the interactivity with the venues and messages etc was really clever. We were enjoying spotting other people on our travels that might also be doing a tour. Highly recommend.
First time doing this brand's hunt. It was really good. Clues accessible but did take some working out. Pausing to stop for a drink or something to eat was a nice touch. I ended up seeing some parts of London I hadn't seen before and I used to live there!
I did this experience with my friends in London for my birthday. The overall experience was enjoyable and had many elements of fun mystery solving, staff roleplay and city exploring over a vast scale. However, my group and I did have a few issues to note. The game does not have any features to let you know how much more there is to complete (no checkpoints) which left my group confused and stressed. As a result, we had to end the game early and continue another day before the 28 day expiration. We were very pleased to get the chance to continue where we left off but were disappointed to have finished the game on day two after only following 3 clues. If we had known we were this close to the end, my other friends could have reached the end with us and we would not have needed to organise a second day. We also found that the finale was underwhelming but had fun completing the event.
We had a great day. There were 4 teams competing for a 70 th birthday celebration. Despite being the wettest day of the year we all managed to crack the clues and end up in the right place soggy but satisfied having had lots of laughs on the way
