Its not so much of a going inside of the buildings but more a walking and story telling tour, the acting tour guide was great.
We were so lucky to have Godefroy de Bouillon as our guide this evening. She showed up in period costume and maintained the mannerisms and dialect throughout the tour. We had a rough start as moments before the assigned gathering time the heavens opened up and a thunderstorm, complete with lighting, rolled through the city. Not to be deterred, delayed the start for a few minutes while the heavy rains moved on. Godefroy kept the group moving through downtown streets while pointing out specific locations where historical spooky events occurred and incorporated quite a bit of dark humor in her patter. She was a trooper finding alcoves and places for the group to stand this avoiding most of the remnants of the rain storm. Godefroy was able to make events from 200-300 years ago relative and interesting. Nice job and highly recommended.
We really enjoyed this tour and the way the guides stayed in character. It was very entertaining. An added feature was a thunderstorm that swept through creating more intrigue and suspense. The guide catered to the group.
Very entertaining theactrical tour complete with scary stories, historical references and comedy. Easy walkability
This was a really fun activity in Montreal. We had a wonderful tour guide Constance who was not only extremely knowledgeable but entertaining (we're still laughing 2 days later from her jokes). The tour is entirely in Old Port so you get to see the sights while walking. I highly recommend taking this tour if you have time in Montreal.

I was reluctant, but the staff, in full ghostly attire and makeup, sold me immediately. Carméla was our tour guide, and not only was she a great storyteller, she was thoroughly entertaining, laugh-out-loud funny, and never once broke character. Truly a night to remember. Carmella was very animated and stayed in character throughout the whole tour. We had our three 13 years old grandchildren with us and they were enthralled with her and her stories the whole time! After they rated her a 10/10.
