Avis important - Skyrail Cableway est fermé du 20 juillet au 18 août - Réservez le train uniquement Au départ de Port Douglas ou Palm Cove (et non de Cairns), profitez d'une excursion d'une journée en petit groupe à Kuranda, limitée à 20 invités pour une expérience personnelle et engageante. Voyagez à bord de l'historique chemin de fer panoramique de Kuranda, serpentant à travers la forêt tropicale luxuriante pour atteindre Kuranda. Nous vous retrouvons à Kuranda et vous transférons au village, où votre Guide vous fera visiter ses célèbres marchés et sa scène artistique animée. Après deux heures d'exploration, nous venons vous chercher à Kuranda et vous aidons à monter à bord du téléphérique prix Skyrail Rainforest pour une vue à couper le souffle. Terminez la journée par un arrêt à Palm Cove pour prendre un verre relaxant (à vos frais) avant de retourner à Port Douglas de 17 h 30 à 18 h 30.

Nous ramassons dans tous les hôtels de Port Douglas et Palm Cove, nous nous rendons à Skyrail Rainforest Cableway pour une expérience étonnante multi-primée sur la forêt tropicale du patrimoine mondial. Notre guide chauffeur vous donne rendez-vous dans le village de Kuranda où vous avez du temps libre pour profiter des marchés, galeries, sanctuaire des papillons, jardins Koala et déjeuner dans l'un des nombreux restaurants. Vous revenez ensuite dans le bus ou vous pouvez améliorer pour ajouter le train panoramique Kuranda. Nous nous arrêtons ensuite à Palm Cove pour une demi-heure où vous pouvez prendre un cocktail ou boire un verre (à vos frais) en regardant la belle plage, nous retournons ensuite à votre hôtel à Port Douglas.

This was a wonderful tour, the host Chris was very knowledgeable, entertaining and well organised. The train trip and the sky cable were fantastic experiences and well worth it with amazing views of the stunning rain forest. I would recommend this tour to all visitors to Cairns and Port Douglas.
Day trip picked up at our accommodation and caught train up and cable car return. Kuranda had a great variety of shops, markets and food. Very spectacular and recommended the experience to all ages. Dropped back at our accommodation ( Down Under Coaches and Bruce was a great driver with plenty of information)

Tour was great from start to finish. Glen our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Gondola and train rides were excellent and well worth it. Would highly recommend.

This was one of the most wonderful, beautiful tours we have ever done anywhere in our travels around the world. We took the Scenic Railway from Cairns & were overwhelmed at times with the scenery as it was simply stunning. The train stopped at the beautiful Baron Falls where we got to get out & take photos of the spectacular beauty of the falls which were cascading over the banks. Then onto Kuranda where the train stops before going back to Cairns. We enjoyed walking, shopping & dining while there, before returning via the Skyrail,,, OMG the Skyrail was amazing & the views were surreal. The staff were all very friendly, helpful & accommodating to everyone. This is a MUST DO if you have the chance as it is truly a wonderful way to spend the day.

We enjoyed the Train and Skyrail very much. Unfortunately our guide/ driver was very pushy and full on all day. The "disco lights" in bus at end of trip were very upsetting for one of our group who has issues and gave her a severe migraine. He should has asked group if it was OK it turn this on.

A big thank you to Peter our bus driver and day organiser for a really informative and knowledgeable dialogue along the way and during the day. He actually made the day for us. It was a pity that the audio on the skyrail wasn't working on anyone's phone. I was looking forward to the information therein.

We had an absolutely wonderful day! Do not miss this experience - it is absolutely amazing. The Bird and Butterfly Sanctuaries were fantastic but our favourite was the Koala House where we got photographs with Harry the Python. The gondola trip down with Diamond View (glass floor) is not to be missed!
