Do not miss!!! We're having a lot of fun. On board music and dances. At destination take a carriage to go around and see the flamingos if they are there. Then lunch and we still have a lot of fun before and after. Back in songs to end a beautiful day.

Poor agency not trustworthy and who abused the credulity of tourists. We paid 30 euros while the practical prices are well below and we realized after the excursion in view of the pathetic performance and catastrophic experience. Departure from the boat 1 hour late. Duration of the excursion 3 hours and no entertainment on site while it is the case for the morning and no guide on site who supports the group. Poor buffet. Animation that is limited to music and guys who climb on the mas of the boat 5 seconds. Agency to flee.

Les retards de départ peuvent survenir en raison de contraintes logistiques indépendantes de notre volonté, mais nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour les réduire. Concernant l’animation et le buffet, ils sont directement organisés par l’équipage du bateau et ne relèvent pas de notre agence. Nous prenons votre remarque très au sérieux et allons la transmettre à nos partenaires afin d’améliorer les services. Half-day excursion which is not exceptional. Animation not ottoman with some hits from the 80s-90s wonder what is the connection? Some acrobatics of the animators on the boat not phew... The crossing is nice but no dolphins in sight or pink flamingos on the island but rather thousands of tourists who spoil the beauty of the beach because there are too many! Meal more than mediocre with 2 sardines per person and spaghetti and tabbouleh. Nothing Tunisian mdr....😂 2 stars for the crossing and 1 star for the sympathy of the animators. Fortunately...

La traversée en mer et l’animation de l’équipe sont généralement appréciées par nos voyageurs, mais nous comprenons que les ressentis puissent varier. Concernant les dauphins et les flamants roses, ce sont malheureusement des éléments naturels que nous ne pouvons pas garantir, même si nous espérons toujours qu’ils se laissent apercevoir. Quant à l’île, il est vrai qu’en haute saison, l’affluence peut altérer la tranquillité du lieu. Nous prenons bonne note de vos remarques sur le repas et l’animation, que nous transmettrons à nos partenaires afin d’améliorer l’expérience proposée. Excursion cancelled while we were on the boat. We lost a morning for nothing. I think it would be nice to anticipate the organization rather than putting them customers in front of the fait accompli.

Malheureusement, l’annulation de l’excursion a été décidée à la dernière minute par la police maritime, en raison de directives de sécurité indépendantes de notre volonté. Même si la météo semblait favorable, certaines décisions peuvent être prises subitement pour garantir la sécurité de tous les passagers. Nous partageons votre frustration, d’autant plus que tout était prêt pour vous faire vivre une belle expérience.
