Ksamil : Excursion à la voile de moules avec nourriture et boissons en Albanie
Description
La visite des moules est une expérience locale unique où vous rencontrerez notre reine, la célèbre moule bleue du lac Butrint. Le voyage commencera sur un bateau traditionnel, d'abord, arrêtez-vous dans les fermes de moules. Le processus de culture des moules sera expliqué et nous prendrons des moules fraîches directement de la ferme, le prochain arrêt sera au restaurant mais avant d'y être, une petite implication dans le processus de séparation sera. Chacun de nous portera des gants et commencera à séparer les reines. Le travail, la voile et la méditation pendant 15 minutes seront facultatifs pour chaque invité. Après cela, naviguez vers une autre partie du parc national de Butrint, un restaurant local et idyllique, vous y cuisinerez ensemble deux sortes de plats de moules habillés d'huile d'olive, de citron et de persil accompagnés de vin blanc local, de légumes frais, de pain fait maison, et de l'eau pour chacun complèteront le tableau. Après avoir goûté au goût de notre terre et partagé de merveilleuses histoires, la navigation de retour se fera en regardant le coucher du soleil.

Parc national de Butrint. Nous commençons la visite depuis l'entrée de l'ancienne ville de Butrint, au canal viavari (11h00) sur des bateaux à moteur traditionnels d'une capacité de 8+ 2 (guide et capitaine). Naviguez jusqu'aux moulières, structure en béton où nous élevons des moules, 10 minutes de navigation. À 11h10, nous arrivons aux parcs à moules, premier arrêt ici, nous garons le bateau et restons sur le bateau en profitant du processus de culture des moules expliqué par notre guide local. Restez ici pendant environ 20 minutes. Pendant ce temps, nous porterons des gants et commencerons à travailler comme le font les mytiliculteurs, travail et méditation seront.
A 11h30, nous reprenons la navigation, cette fois notre direction sera à Kalivoi, maison "d'homme riche" dans la Rome antique, qui fait partie du parc national de Butrint, un bon restaurant local près du lac s'y trouve. 15 minutes de navigation. A 11h45 nous débarquerons au restaurant et commencerons à préparer les moules que nous avions prises sur des moulières. Déjeuner avec trois sortes de plats de moules, légumes frais, pain maison accompagné de vin blanc local et d'eau pour chacun. Au restaurant nous resterons une heure, parfois plus.
À 12h45, nous retournerons à l'entrée de Butrint. Cette période est parfaite pour lier cette expérience en visitant l'ancienne ville de Butrint en même temps

Terrible, they canceled on us twice and also just minutes before starting. We organized two days of vacation around this activity and they notify us at the last hour (literally, we returned from a beach 2 hours away for this activity and they notify us when we are at the apartment already prepared to go). They canceled the first time and ask us to reorganize it ourselves, when the activity stated it was completely full until Saturday. Even so, I book it again for Saturday. I am the one who asks if it is going to take place in the morning since they do not tell me anything, and my surprise is that they tell me no again, but if I hadn't asked, they wouldn't even notify you. I find it incredible that you come on vacation for 5 days and organize your day around certain activities and these people cancel it on you at the last minute, as if you had time to spare. To this day, I still do not have the refund of the money for the payments I made (€214), neither of them. Honestly, I am not going to recommend it to anyone and, of course, a very bad experience with this tour operator; booking with them is a risk that you will end up with no plans at all. We are leaving tomorrow, so we are left with nothing to do. So, any Spaniard who comes should know what to expect.
This was a fantastic experience! Soraldo Nebo was our guide. He and Captain Dajko gave really great and interesting explanation on the whole process of mussel farming. The food was the highlight of the tour. Every dish was incredible, the salad was fresh and the wine was very tasty. I would highly recommend this tour especially at sunset. The area is gorgeous.
Due to the season, there were no mussels to pick, wash and eat so the experience was very limited…We had a small tour by boat and then ate on the beach and this ended up to be a very expensive dinner for what was offered. We also add that the tour started an hour later than planned, we were informed in advance but still was a bit inconvenient for our plans…and the boat almost left without us despite being there 30min earlier…so overall not a great afternoon. A bit disappointing given the high reviews we read.

Really good trip. The boat ride around the lagoon was good in its own right, interesting the learn about the farming and cleaning the mussels the great hospitality for dinner.
It is not a sailing tour as described. If you go to a restaurant to eat mussels, it is cheaper. A little was said about mussels.
Hi dear, On the mussel tour we sail on traditional wooden boat, like on prescription. We haven't mentione "sailing boat" if I understood correctly from translation. Normaly when our guests feel that is shared not enough information they do ask and interact. Do not let thinks get lost. The last is about the mussel dishes, you cannot find in all the region mussel dishes that we prepare at mussel tour, especially: grilled mussel on the wood and raw ones. The Mussel Tour was absolutely incredible. My trip to Albania has been amazing, and this has been the best excursion I've experienced here. The captain was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and personable, making the entire experience unforgettable. I can't wait to visit the restaurant and see the captain again next year. The young graduate student who translated for us was a lovely gentleman and did a fantastic job. Thank you, Captain, for the delicious food and the incredible experience. A nice ride in a bun, where one gets an explanation of the breeding Afterward, one goes to the nearby restaurant and can try three different, very delicious shellfish dishes
