The wine tasting portion of the tour should be limited to "adults only". A couple brought to the wine tasting their 2 kids (6 and 8 yrs approx) who kept the volume up for the video games. I was not able to hear the guide info in regards the wines and it was just weird having kids at the wine tasting table. The other guest did not feel comfortable to open up and talk. I attempt to request partial refund for the wine tasting part, but your system did not allow me to submit.
This trip surpassed all our expectations. The scenery was stunning and Krka is absolutely beautiful. We were blown away by the natural beauty all around us: the combination of lush green trees and redness, streams and cascades around every corner. The boardwalk was well thought out and enabled us to amble through the enchanting surroundings at our own pace through the woods down to the jetty where we took over to Skradin where we enjoyed a refreshing swim in the lake. Our host, Darijo, did a great job, taking time to get to know everyone and managed to balance giving us space to explore in our own way whilst also letting us know that he was there to support and advise. He had excellent knowledge and advised very clearly on key points resulting in a smooth and enjoyable day. The WhatsApp group was a particularly helpful tool as were his clear directions. He also had a great sense of humour! A word of thanks also to our driver Vladimir who ensured our journey, on what must’ve been one of the hottest days ever, was smooth, relatively cool and comfortable.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your wonderful and detailed review! We are delighted to hear that Krka National Park exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the natural beauty, boardwalk, and swim in Skradin. It’s great to know that Darijo made the experience smooth and enjoyable with his knowledge, support, and sense of humour, and that Vladimir ensured a comfortable journey even on such a hot day. We truly appreciate your kind words. Safe travels, Tours in Croatia
Guide was very kind and trip lovely. We were provided a lot of freedom to explore the park and leave for skradin earlier or later than in the timetable. The wine tasting was a great experience as well. Our guide also provided us a tour of part of the park explaining the exhibits and history of the park. Overall our guide went beyond what was expected and we would do this again.
Really informative and relaxed trip. The guide was great and gave options for organised tour or how to do our own thing. We were really clear about meting points etc.
Great day out, Dario was a super guide, well worth the money we did the wine tour as well and had a fantastic day, highly recommended,
Booked half day tour to Krka Waterfalls and Skryabin by boat with EOS Travel agency using the booth opposite the Fortress on the private in Trogir. The young lady spoke very good English and fully explained several options of tours available and soon came up with our ideal tour. She pointed out our pick up point clearly and gave us her phone number if we had any problems. The transport was in 8 seater mini coach and was there 10 mins in advance (so we’re all the other passengers which helps). The driver spoke English and extremely experienced with this trip and explained all the pro and cons to make the visit as enjoyable and easy as possible. As for the trip 100% as per brochure and well worth the fee. Would certainly recommended the Travel agency for future visits.
The Krka Waterfalls were beautiful and are definitely worth the trip if you're visiting Split. This tour is also great if you want to enjoy the park at your own pace. Darijo was a knowledgeable and charismatic guide that peppered the ride to the park with information only a local would know. His advice on how to navigate the park definitely helped us make the most of our time there. We opted for the wine tasting which included 4 different local wines, all of which were very good.
An excellent choice to see the Krka Falls and do some wine tasting of local Croatian wines. A wonderful way to spend our day!
Magnificent day from start to finish, our guide Ivan was great! He taught us lots of things about Croatia and its history. We highly recommend this excursion which introduced us to some of Croatia’s must-see places! Thanks again to Ivan and the driver who took us to the different destinations without any problems.
The walk around the main waterfalls (Skradinski Buk) was an easy and picturesque ~45min loop. En route to Roski Slap, we got a quick stop to photograph the monastery from above. Lunch was incredible, though it's separate from the swimming area, and separate from the views to the Roski Slap waterfalls. Sibenik is also beautiful and worth exploring. It's a long day but there's plenty of opportunity to rest/sleep on the bus. Igor was a great tour guide who provided detailed and interesting context for the various stops.
