Un service de ramassage à l'hôtel gratuit est assuré dans les zones de Krabi Town et Ao Nang, avec des horaires prévus entre 08h30 et 09h20. Si vous séjournez à Railay Beach, vous devez vous rendre au point de rendez-vous désigné à la billetterie du bateau à Ao Nam Mao Pier, à 15 minutes en voiture de Railay East. Si vous séjournez à Ton Sai, le point de rendez-vous est à la réception Phra Nang hôtel à Ao Nang. Les clients du complexe touristique & Villas Centara Grand Beach sont priés d'utiliser la navette de l'hôtel pour se rendre à la jetée Nopparat Thara à Ao Nang. Veuillez noter que votre heure précise de prise en charge sera communiquée par e-mail à la suite de votre réservation. It was okay, but it's not worth making a big detour for; the hot springs are cool. However, the driver was very dangerous, passing in curves at 100 km/h and changing lanes very abruptly. We had to hold onto the seat handle so we wouldn't fall.
The combination of the emerald pool and hot springs worked really well. Swimming first and relaxing afterward made the day feel balanced. There was some walking between spots, so bring light clothing and water.
The hot springs were the highlight for me. After walking around the emerald pool, soaking my feet in the warm water felt fantastic. It was a little busy around lunchtime, but everyone had enough space to enjoy the surroundings.
The hot springs were incredibly relaxing after walking around the Emerald Pool. It was nice to spend the day surrounded by nature instead of crowds. I'd happily do this tour again.
This was by far my worst experience in my two weeks vacation in Thailand, the customer service agent we talked to for Siam Scape Journeys was extremely rude as we tried to request to be put in contact with the driver for the tour, the communication prior this experience was lacking and frankly quite embarasing however the tour guide was extremely friendly, i would never book with these tour providers ever again and definitely would never recommend them especially to any tourists
Fantastic of everything for that trip,nice emerald pool,soothing spring water and unique yet satisfying climb of the tiger cave,five start tour guide.we enjoyed it very much and felt the professional care during the entire trip.
I had a great time on this journey. The pickup was on time and the tour was well organized. The path to the Emerald pool is scenic and shaded. The emerald pool is absolutely beautiful and offering a wonderful atmosphere for refreshing. The lunch was fresh and delicious with variety of food options and the yummy watermelon. The walkway to the hot stream is truly pretty and the view is spectacular. Soaking in the hot water made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The stunning temple surrounded with lovely monkeys and the challenging terrain that makes it a perfect place for exploring the city view. Besides being charming, the tour guide was very helpful, polite, well-mannered,and professional. The van driver was really nice, hospitable and safe. Overall, this trip has been extremely memorable to me and the impressive service made me want to return again.

Beautiful day out starting with a trip to the emerald pool. Thankfully it wasn’t too busy and we then took a walk to the blue pool. The hot springs experience after was incredible, very refreshing! Finally the walk to the top of the mountain was worth all the pain in the legs for an outstanding view of Krabi. The guide was very good and the whole thing was ran very well! Definitely worth it
