Vjera our guide was knowledgeable. However the tour was far too short. It was only one hour and for the amount paid it was not quite worth it.
The duration of our walking tour is listed between 1 and 2 hours. Vjera the same way as all the other great guides in our team do not need to cut our tours short. We are really surprised to read your review.
What an outstanding experience!!! Our guide, Daniel, was not only incredibly knowledgeable, explaining not only the geography, but the history of Kotor , but also of Montenegro, while adding in great humor! This was probably the most enjoyable, informative and definitely worth the cost of any excursion we’ve ever been on! Thank you.
Great tour. The guide was great, answered our question, and the history behind all the scenes was fantastic. I had to follow the guide closely bc all the streets inside the city, it was like a maze for me. Highly recommend this tour!
Our guide (Lisette) was friendly and knowledgeable. The tour gave us a good overview of the layout of the Old Town area and interesting historical facts and background about Kotor. Excellent experience!
Vjera was wonderful. She was born and raised in Kotor and was very knowledgeable about the history and culture! It was and extremely hot and humid day and she was most kind and accommodating to my need to take it slow and rest. We booked a small group tour but we were the only people. I’d highly recommend this tour especially if you could get Vjera
We had a wonderful time. We booked the evening prior and there weren't enough participants for the group tour, but the organizer reached out to us and offered to refund us or to do it privately should we prefer to switch (was a bit more expensive) We chose to go privately and had a wonderful tour with Ana. She was clearly a local based on her interactions with local passerbys and navigated the crowds with us superbly. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Very knowledgeable and friendly! She answered every question thoroughly. You can tell she is a history buff.
Excellent tour. Daniel was very informative and made the experience very pleasant, despite the excessive heat
Terrible. Canceled 1.5 hr before because they have not reached 5 people and still have not refunded after the meeting time.
Unfortunately we come across this kind of statements sometimes. Good we are able to explain our side of the story and our future guests can understand, however is not fair we can't post screenshots as actual proof. You booked to join the small group walking tour of Kotor the night before, we contacted you 2.5 hours before the tour to inform you we did not meet the minimum number of people to do the "Small group walking tour" and we will send you the full refund. And so we did, we processed the full refund of your payment. Thankfully we have screenshots of our conversation and the support have been informed of your wrongdoing. Please remember if you book a small group you can not expect to have a private tour and feel entitled to one. Private tours are available but they will never have the same cost as a shared tour. It is truly a shame you try to harm people businesses by misleading and writing a false statement.
Only had 7 people in our walking tour. Our guide Dali was very informative and interesting. I did have an issue with the meeting point as it was changed at the last minute, didn't have data on the ship until I got off on land. I was 10 minutes late for the tour but the vendor did contact me and Dali meet me at the pier. Great service! Suggest that the Guide has signage or flag or something to state which vendor they are with, there are so many guides looking for their clients and it's very busy that it's hard to know who's a guide and who isn't. Dali even gave me instructions on how to take the bus to Perast which worked out great, I had lunch there and walked around for a few hours. Dali even text me to see if I made it OK.....again what service! Thanks Dali for a wonderful tour!
Thank you for booking with us, we are glad you enjoyed Dali, our team works hard to make sure you have a wonderful time.
