Great time! Great combination of scenery. History, and experience.
Thank you for your kind review. We're delighted to know you enjoyed the experience. Sharing the beauty, history, and unique atmosphere of Boka Bay with our guests is what makes these tours so special. We truly appreciate your feedback!
We only did the PERAST section of this trip. BE AWARE if on a cruise and booking this tour direct with company online, you will be expected to walk a fair distance from the cruise port to the Sea Star office in order to pay prior to 11.15am (start time is 12 noon). You then either need to wait around or walk back to the Old Town and repeat the walk again. They have no online payment facilities. Also be aware that if you book through a third party (Air BNB was mentioned) you can pay online and be picked up from the cruise port area which is way better, less waste of time and easier on the feet. The tour was good, skipper was friendly and capable but he hadn’t been informed that our tour was to include a 15 minutes visit to the Lady of the Rocks island. He looked surprised when we mentioned it so we said not to worry. All in all, there is a lot of room for improvement on the organisational side of things. The trip sells itself in a beautiful part of the world !
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the tour itself and found the skipper friendly. We would, however, like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our meeting point is our office, which is also our designated boarding location, where tickets are collected and payment is completed before departure. Tickets can be collected at any time up to 45 minutes before the tour, so guests are welcome to arrive earlier in the day or day before if that is more convenient. Currently, we accept payments at our office, while some third-party booking platforms have different payment arrangements. Regarding the waiting time, guests are welcome to relax inside our office, in the shaded area behind it, or at one of the nearby cafés until departure. Regarding the stop at Our Lady of the Rocks, this was an honest misunderstanding on our side, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We have already addressed this with our skipper to ensure everything is clearly communicated moving forward. Thank you again for your feedback.
Beautiful boat ride out to the ocean, with a short stop or two for some history on the bay of Boka. Swimming in the Adriatic was AMAZING! Short stop in one of the small towns along the way back to kotor.
Thank you so much! We’re delighted you enjoyed the boat tour. There’s no better way to experience Boka Bay than from the sea, and we’re glad the combination of sightseeing, local history, and swimming made for a memorable day. We truly appreciate your kind words.
Excellent experience, fantastic communication from the business before and during trip. Booking online was also very straightforward. Paid €100 for the vip option for my wife and I. Visited the blue cave - you gotta have a swim, the submarine dock and had half an hour in the beautiful Perast. Skipper certainly knew his way around and was very friendly and happy to share information about the area. A very worthwhile trip and would definitely have it on your Kotor to do list
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the tour and that everything, from the booking process to your time on the water, met your expectations. Providing a smooth and well-organized experience from the very first contact is something we truly care about. We're also pleased that our skipper helped make your trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for your kind recommendation and for choosing to spend part of your time in Kotor with us. It was a pleasure having you on board, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future.
Great communication, good trip viewed submarine shelter, swam at blue caves, stopped at Prevage, fabulous coastline. Could not recommend tho re speedboat captain. Too interested in having a good time himself, dancing to his own music, hands off controls at high speed and passing over control of boat to young man. Clearly capable based on his manoeuvre of boat in Blue Caves but unprofessional. Such a shame because overall a lovely trip but would recommend other companies with better safer
We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the itinerary and the overall communication before the tour. We’re sorry that part of the experience left you with concerns. Safety has always been our highest priority, and we would never put our guests in an unsafe situation. The young man you mentioned was a member of our crew, working alongside the captain throughout the tour. While there may be brief moments when the captain is not continuously holding the wheel, he remains fully in control of the vessel and responsible for its safe operation at all times. Our captains are licensed professionals, and every decision on board is made with our guests' safety as the first priority. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience we provide for all our guests.
We had an amazing time on this tour! The three hours flew by, and it was honestly one of the best boat trips we’ve ever been on. A huge thank you to our skipper, Ilija, and his colleague. They were both incredibly charismatic, funny, energetic, and created such a great atmosphere throughout the trip. They shared interesting stories and the history of the places we visited, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized, the scenery was breathtaking, and the whole experience was 10/10. We had so much fun and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kotor. It’s worth every single cent!
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. Knowing that your experience exceeded your expectations means a great deal to us. Our crew works hard to create tours that are not only enjoyable but also memorable, so it's wonderful to hear that their enthusiasm and dedication made such a positive impression. We truly appreciate your recommendation and your kind words. It was a pleasure having you on board, and we hope to welcome you back whenever you're in Kotor again.
Nice speedboat tour of the caves and area- captain was friendly - a bit tricky to find the meeting location although the tour operator was very communicative and accommodating
