We had such a wonderful experience on the boat ride! The ride itself was absolutely amazing, and we really enjoyed every moment of it. We were originally supposed to arrive at 12 noon, but unfortunately, due to heavy traffic, we couldn’t make it on time. The team was incredibly understanding and kindly rescheduled our trip to 3 PM, which was a huge help and very much appreciated. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and making sure we could still enjoy the experience. A special thank you to our guides, Vuk and Johan, who were fantastic throughout the trip. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Overall, it was an amazing boat ride with excellent service and wonderful guides. We would definitely recommend it and would love to do it again! 🚤🌊
Vuk and Jovan were very helpful and informative, taking care of us from start to finish making sure we were comfortable throughout. Overall a lovely afternoon :)

What a wonderfull decision, i had best time with my family. Thanks hawaii team
We booked through WhatsApp a day before. We came 25 min before to a meeting point , there was a mess already. We waited with other people, operator woman was talking with other and was to busy to handle all passengers. 10 min before 3 pm I showed her my booking and she said its ok , just wait, boats are coming and we will find a place. We waited on a pier until 3:15 pm then she said that no places for us, and recommended later tour at 6 pm, usually it’s much less people and you get to watch sunset as well. She made a discount for that. We came 17:30. I paid in advance and we were waiting on a pier. It was a mess again. She pointed to one captain with boat, they filled up fuel, the there was no places suddenly. The another boat, so, our tour started only 6:30 pm. It was full speed to Perast. Short stop there. Then full throttle to caves , inside caves was almost empty but we spent there 1 min. Then nearby by the rocks captain stopped and we could swim. This was let’s say best time during the tour. And after 25 min probably we left and with full throttle we came back to Kotor at 9 pm. When we passed by u-boat tunnel I asked captain to show us, and he turned in to tunnel last second, but inside was dark and we didn’t anything. So tour was around 2,5 hours instead of 3 h. And we didn’t not visit Our Lady of the Rocks. What I suggest: Late tour at 6 pm is probably the best option if you leave on time. You need to be impudent with tour manager to be sure that you get place on boat before start time. Don’t be naive and wait your turn to talk with manager , just go directly, pay and be sure which boat is your and take a seat there. We were to polite and to naive when waited even if we had communication with manager all the time. Choose another tour operator probably. Or take a private tour.
Beware of this company. We arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled meeting time and were told to get in line. After about 15 minutes, everyone waiting started getting concerned because there had been no communication or instructions. About 10 minutes later, a woman appeared who was not wearing a company shirt or anything identifying her as an employee. She announced that if you had not already spoken with her, your trip was canceled. More than half of the people waiting suddenly learned they no longer had a trip. We later found out that she had booked a 12-person private boat trip, leaving many of the other paying customers without spots. I explained that we had arrived early and that the other customers had also been waiting as instructed. After following her around trying to find out whether there was any room left, she finally told us the boat was full. She then ignored us and never offered a refund. At that point, I demanded my money back. Her response was essentially, "This is my country, and that's how we do things," and she threatened to call the police. I told her that what she was doing was wrong and that all of the customers whose trips had been canceled should receive refunds. Only after several of us continued demanding our money back did she finally issue the refunds. We ended up booking with another company that cost a little more, but the experience was completely different. We were also told that Hawaiian Tours has a reputation for overbooking and giving spots to customers who paid higher prices. I'm sure they may provide a good tour once you're actually on the boat, but based on our experience, getting on the boat you already paid for is apparently not guaranteed. I would strongly recommend booking with another company.
1 star — and only because zero isn’t an option. We booked with HAWAI Boat Tours and received written confirmation from them on WhatsApp that our reservation was confirmed. Then, after midnight the night before the tour, they cancelled — by email. Not a call. Not a message on the very same WhatsApp thread they had used to confirm us. Just an email sent in the middle of the night, which we were apparently expected to discover on our own the next morning. By then it was far too late to book anything else. An entire day of our trip, planned around this tour, was wasted. Confirming a booking on one channel and then cancelling it on another, hours before departure, is not bad luck or bad weather — it is a total lack of professionalism and of basic respect for customers who have travelled and organised their holiday around your service. If you cannot honour a booking, do not confirm it. If you are visiting for a limited number of days, do not take this risk. There are plenty of operators who actually keep their word. This one does not. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
Do not book! They tried to scam us along with many other groups. They over book themselves and then don’t let half the people on the boat, all of whom have payed tickets. We had to follow after them to make them issue the refund. No apologies either.
Complete scam we book our boat tour booked in for months but when we get there our booking doesn’t exist. Multiple people scam out of the money if it wasn’t for us chasing them up we would have lost our money to. DO NOT BOOK THIS SCAM
