Notre personnel vous accueillera à Koh Samui à votre arrivée au port de croisière.
Notre première destination est la très célèbre formation rocheuse de Hin Ta et Hin Yai (grand-père et grand-mère), située dans l'idyllique mer d'Emeraude. Demandez à notre guide à propos de la légende thaïlandaise de cette extraordinaire formation rocheuse.
Visitez la pierre de Saint-Valentin, en forme de cœur, située dans un magnifique jardin où vous aurez également la chance de profiter d'un SPA poisson (une expérience de nettoyage des pieds hilarante). N'hésitez pas à faire une courte promenade dans le magnifique jardin pour profiter de la vue sur la côte orientale de Koh Samui. C'est également là que circule le seul téléphérique de Koh Samui, qui vous mènera directement au sommet d'un magnifique point de vue sur Samui.
Ensuite, nous visiterons le sanctuaire de Guan Yu avec une copie massive de la tête de Guan Yu. La sculpture a un visage rouge, qui semble émettre de la colère, et repose comme une force vengeante au-dessus du complexe du sanctuaire. Guan Yu a joué un rôle important pendant la guerre civile qui a mené à la chute de la dynastie des Han.
Ensuite, nous ferons une promenade dans la jungle le long d'un chemin dense qui mène à la cascade Namuang. Vous pourrez profiter de la magnifique cascade et de ses environs ou nager dans les piscines naturelles. Vers midi, nous nous arrêterons pour le déjeuner afin que vous puissiez profiter de la bonne cuisine thaïlandaise à côté des cascades.
Après un court trajet en voiture, vous arriverez au temple des moines momifiés, une autre attraction étonnante et unique de Koh Samui. Encore une fois, demandez à notre guide sur l'histoire de ce temple historique!
Si le temps le permet, nous nous arrêterons à Maenam ou à la plage de Lipa Noi pour un dernier regard sur les superbes plages de Samui. Sur le chemin du retour à la jetée, vous pourrez faire des emplettes au marché local de Nathong, la ville voisine de la jetée. Ici, vous pourrez trouver des plats et des saveurs locales, ainsi que de nombreuses options de shopping avant de finalement retourner à l'embarcadère pour embarquer sur votre bateau de croisière.
Sur le chemin du retour vers la jetée, vous pourrez faire des emplettes au marché local de la ville de Nathon, où vous découvrirez des produits intrigants, une gamme d’odeurs fortes, des sites remarquables et des saveurs exotiques dans une zone couverte étonnamment petite.

Our Viking cruise ship moored in the bay and we were tendered to the dock. Our tour was very interesting and included visits to Buddhist temples and shrines and remnants of a traditional coconut harvesting operation. This island has much of the traditional living, harvesting and fishing aspects of life, yet the rapid changes occurring from the development of high end tourist resorts- Four Seasons, etc. These have been highlighted by the filming of "The White Lotus" television show drawing more tourist interest in the island. There is development occurring along the shore of additional resorts to foster a growing tourism industry. This pulls locals from subsistence and agricultural living to working in the service industry. I feel fortunate to have seen some of the natural areas remaining. It reminded me a bit of Maui and Kauai 40 years ago before tourism replaced agriculture. Taking a tour is a great way to experience this culture. The Buddhist temples and structures were very impressive.

Great Tour around the island. Our guide “Tra” (sorry for the spelling) took us around the entire island and gave us lot of history and background information on what we were seeing. From coconut factory to all the religious sites to a great lunch with a fantastic view. Highly recommend this tour and our guide. Also felt very safe with the drivers skills.

The tour company provided a thoroughly professional service and great experience. They took care of every detail. The boat was luxurious and spacious with as much food and drink as you would need during the day. The kayaks were the best quality and the tour people provided us with guidance and information during the day. They were courteous and polite, and nothing was too much trouble for them. What an amazing find! My group of 5 did this day tour from our cruise ship which docked nearby and I am so glad we found it. I would 100% recommend it as an alternative from the Cruise ship itineraries. We were picked up promptly and taken to the boat by a taxi and returned in plenty of time to catch the tender. The overall trip was great value. Regina was an entertaining and very helpful host also the food was more than enough and absolutely delicious. He did everything possible to make the day's snorkelling and swimming safe and exceptionally successful.

Tours Ko Samui was very responsive before our visit to Ko Samui, and we were 100% happy with how the day turned out. Joyce and crew made sure we had a wonderful time: Joyce greeted us at the ship, walked us to our van, and was always present to make sure that we and the other guests (3 vans total) had all our questions answered and enjoyed the many wonderful sights and activities that Ko Samui has to offer. We loved the elephant ride (definitely pay to feed the elephants - it's so much fun!). We also loved visiting with the monkey and watching him pick coconuts atop a palm tree (the fresh coconut water hit the spot!). Grandmother and Grandfather rock is a good laugh, and the nearby vendors are kind and have fun wares and yummy food (once again, Joyce was there just when we needed her to translate). The lunch restaurant is in a beautiful jungle, and the food is excellent. And swimming at the beach capped off a perfect day. We had one day to see Ko Samui and Tours Ko Samui made it great. We hope to visit again one day!
We met our guide at the tender port from our cruise ship the Holland America Volendam. We had booked this tour for six people and were extremely comfortable in the mini-van transportation. We beat the crowd to the elephant safari and had a amazing ride on an elephant through the jungle trails. Great pictures! We watched monkeys harvest coconuts, scraped our own coconut meat, sampled coconut oil products and drank coconut water. Our visit to the waterfall was terrific, where we parked very close to the falls and had a reasonable climb to the mid-level of the falls. Our lunch was at a restaurant at the base of the falls--phenomenal setting and great variety of local Thai food. We visited a pagoda and also went to the shore to see the Grandfather and Grandmother rock formations. All six of us agreed unanimously this was one of the best shore excursions we have taken in Southeast Asia. We highly recommend tourskohsamui.
