C'est ma passion de recueillir les histoires des aînés du quartier et de les relier à la chronologie historique de Fort Kochi. Ces anecdotes pleines d'humour permettent aux clients de se souvenir facilement de leur visite dans notre pittoresque village historique au bord de la mer d'Oman. Venez, soyez mon invité.

Ajitha gave us a fantastic tour of Fort Kochi. Explained the history along with her lived experience and efforts made to restore the legacy of the place. The tour lasted around 2 hours from 7-9 am. There were 5 of us in total. I highly recommend Ajitha's walking tour for anyone interested in the history of Fort Kochi. She will give you all the necessary details which you can then follow up like museums to visit etc. My best wishes to Ajitha for the great work she is doing!

What a great historical tour of Fort Kochi Ajita provides at such a great price. Ajita is extremely charming as well as being very knowledgeable regarding the history of Fort Kochi. Her tour is comprehensive & covers the impact of the various colonial visitors to the area. Also, it is clear from her enthusiasm, that Ajita is very proud of being a local & how she and her family have contributed to making this part of Kerala as special as it is today. Amazing tour of Fort Kochi with a very knowledgeable local guide. It was very interesting to find out about the history of the town as well as some personal anecdotes. Ajita is clearly a key part of the conservation of Fort Kochi and her passion is contagious. It was a history lesson while we walked around. Highly recommended!
This is def a hidden gem! Ajitha was absolutely outstanding. We started bang on time. The conversation was easy, full of interesting details about Kochi ranging from politics to history to plants and restaurant recommendations. She has some great personal stories about Kochi as well. In fact she was so good that we requested a private tour again with her of the Dutch Palace and Jew town - also excellent.
This was my first heritage walk, and Ajita has set the bar impossibly high Her knowledge of Fort Kochi's history is remarkableand what makes it truly special is how she weaves in personal stories to bring it all to life. You can feel her love for the city, its people, and her own family in every step of the walk. Our two-hour session flew by. If you're on the fence about booking this, stop deliberating, just do it!
