Guide Tatiana: helpful, clear and simple explanations Driver Artiom: safe driving Air conditioning in the bus: not working properly, temperature extremely hot for 20 people in the bus
I am very satisfied with our choice - the sights included in the tour were superb. Although it was the hottest day, we survived. The van should keep the AC on the whole time.
It was one of the most enjoyable experiences we've had, and it exceeded all our expectations. Our tour guide, Naz, was informative, attentive, and polite, making the trip both interesting and enjoyable. The journey to the sights was smooth and fun, and we also had some great conversations with the other people on the tour bus. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend. Be prepared to pay for your meal and admission fee.
We were extremely disappointed with how this tour was organized. Everything felt sloppy and unprofessional. It seems the organizers care more about making a profit than providing a good experience for their guests. For lunch, we were intentionally taken to the most expensive restaurants with heavily overpriced menus that are not affordable for average tourists. To make matters worse, the food quality was poor and definitely not worth the price. The guides were another huge disappointment. Most of them are older and simply too lazy to walk and explore the sites with the group. Furthermore, their English skills are very poor, making communication almost impossible for international travelers. Do not waste your money and time on this tour.
For what you pay this is *astonishingly* good value, we were lucky to have an extremely helpful and informative guide Alina who was able to assist our half English and half Russian group wonderfully, easily fluent in both languages! There is a lot to see on this tour, and while some places had just the right amount of time, others (Khor Virap and Symphony of Stones especially) you had to see as much as possible in time, so for those a bit slower than others it could be a challenge. The lunch in the middle was delicious though and I finished the day extremely happy with all the beauty of Armenia I was able to see in time!
It was a very beautiful tour. Unfortunately, the original tour guide became ill, but a replacement was immediately sought.
Armenia is a beautiful country, and it was a pleasure to discover it through our guide. Thank you very much!
The excursion lasts more than 8 hours. Take this into account if you have a flight to catch the same evening. Complete itinerary. The meeting point is the same as for other excursions; it is difficult to know which bus is the right one.
The place was very beautiful, but the guide was very poor, providing few explanations and lacking enthusiasm. Since he was not accounted for, he left four people stranded until we managed to find him. The driver was fine except for two occasions when he overtook on a curve. On the other hand, the next day we went with the same provider with the guide Yasmin, and she was excellent.
Alina was our tour guide, and she is a very knowledgeable and professional person. She explained everything very clearly throughout the tour and shared a lot of interesting information about each place we visited. The tour was a little fast-paced, and the time given to explore places by ourselves was not really enough. However, one reason for this is that this tour covers many more locations compared to other tours, which is great for people who want to see more places in one day. The vehicle was comfortable and not overcrowded, which made the journey pleasant. In my opinion, one improvement could be reducing the number of places slightly and giving visitors a bit more free time to enjoy and explore each location on their own. Overall, this tour is definitely worth the price, and I would recommend it for people of all ages since the sites are easy to visit without much difficulty. Good luck to the whole team 👍 Wish you all the best!
