We rented a golf cart for 3 hours to explore key west! It was awesome! You do have to pay to park everywhere which sucks but being on a bicycle would tire us out faster. And i was one parent with two teens so i couldn’t get a scooter. So this worked out.

We enjoyed the golf cart for exploring Key West for the day, the guys were very nice to deal with. I will be renting from them again on our next adventure!

Gaining access to the rental spot was a bit confusing with signs that state for hotel guests only BUT signage was abundant and I was able to connect with an employee. Was greeted and walked through all the things I needed to know and even given a few “you may want to check outs” when we came back, we were greeted and we shared of our adventures. Great location for parking and a spot to start the trip and staff was fantastic !

You have to take a uber from the cruise pier to the business. Uber was $10. Mike the sales person was great.. gave us everything we needed to have a good time… The Golf cart was a great way to get around key west

We were given the location to pickup our golf cart rental and was told it was a 10 minute walk from the cruise terminal. It ended up being 45 minutes. A long hot walk. When we arrived we were told we were at the wrong location and our reservation had been cancelled. They wanted proof of our reservation and the location we were told to pick it up at. We showed our email. I had emails & text. The man acted bothered by us but did find a cart to rent us. It did not look the same as the ones advertised and ran very poorly. It spurted and jerked. The whole experience was a nightmare. We lost over an hour of our very short time at Key West. This partnership with Viator was not organized or run well. It was very disappointing.
Greetings, future guests reading this review. This guest was confused with two golf cart rental companies amongst a few other things. The first thing to note is that our island is 4 miles long, you could walk the entire island in 4 miles. We are 10 minute walk from the port and even offer a shuttle pick up. By the time they got to our location they were very late for their golf cart pick-up. We offered to help them out and give them extra time on their rental which they couldn't use and were frustrated. When you make a reservation with us we send you emails and text giving you directions to our location however these were ignored.
I was on a cruise and booked the Golf Cart as a fun way to get around Key west. The company made me feel like it was close to the port...NO it is a 30 minute walk or $15 Uber ride away!!! So immediately I was upset because there are tons of other rentals right at the port the same Price or cheaper!!! Then we get there and it was so unorganized. One guy Mike running the whole thing who was overwhelmed and nasty. After signing a bunch of waiver's He brings us to the golf cart and doesn't even give me instructions how to use it. I had to stop him to show me because I wasn't about to crash this thing. Be aware there is limited parking and you have to pay for it too. I would of been better off renting a bike or just walking around
Really friendly people and good experience but a couple things to know-it’s a 30 min walk from the port and it’s really not well signed. No address that we saw and only a small logo on the gate.

Booked a Golf Cart in Key West through Viator. Was told I could drop off at 8:30 pm after sunset. Double checked after picking up; was told we had to drop off by 6. Tried dropping off at 5:35. They were closed. Had to pay another $32 to park at our hotel. Called Sunset Watersports. They sent Mike to meet hubby to pick it up. We paid $225. Was told an 8 hour rental was $185. Shannon at Sunset told me to call back in the morning and talk with Lilliana. The next morning I spoke with Mariah who said I had to call Viator . Called Viator. Viator called Sunset for a partial reimbursement. Viator said Sunset refused to reimburse us both the $32 for parking and $40 difference in time, not to mention the hassle of trying to return it twice! Viator said there was nothing else they could do. NEVER AGAIN! After I wrote a review on Trustpilot, Viator asked me to call. Shaina @2:15 on 4/14 said they are waiting on vendor to respond to partial reimbursement request. They will let me know via email. Sunset denied partial reimbursement.
You cannot pick up the golf cart at the address given. I knew I had to take an Uber from the cruise ship but it turned into 2 Uber rides and dealing with the haute concierge at the Hotel where the golf carts were located to get the equipment. The company itself was very pleasant and the equipment was great. You can do better Viator. This was an epic fail. Worst excursion I have ever had with you. As a travel agent I sure hated this experience and have lost my faith in Viator.

The experience in Key West was amazing and very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this to people who haven't seen Key West. Very nice employees and Mike was accommodating and friendly.
