Amazing experience. We had a blast! Rob was pleasure to deal with and made sure we felt safe and understood everything.

Booked here for $129 per person including tax and no add-ons BUT if you’re staying around Kelowna, it’s better to book in-person (call for confirmation they still have slots for the day). It was way cheaper in-person for $99 per person plus tax, and they offer the GoPro for $29. Anyhow, our experience was well spent. We were the last group out of 5 groups. Our guides took us higher than the previous groups as it became more windy that we ended up spending over 10mins flight time. Also, they have their tip jar on the boat. To change clothes, washroom is about 5 mins walk on Tugboat Beach.

If you’re debating parasailing in Kelowna, don’t overthink it—just book with Okanagan Parasail. We had an awesome time! They’re the company with the Canada flag parachute (not the yellow one), and honestly, it stood out in more ways than one. The location couldn’t be more convenient—literally steps from the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort—so it was super easy to fit into our day. Booking was simple—quick responses by phone or email—and they were incredibly friendly from start to finish. They even accommodated us last minute, which we really appreciated. We did the tandem parasail and added the photo package, and both were 100% worth it. The experience itself? Smooth, fun, and just the right amount of thrill. The crew made everything feel safe but still exciting, and the views were unreal. We were actually right beside another company using a yellow parachute, and after comparing experiences with a group who went with them… we’re very glad we chose this one. Way better overall vibe and experience. If you’re on the fence—do it. Easily one of our favorite things we did in Kelowna. Highly recommend!

My best friend was visiting me from Hamburg, Germany and we tried parasailing for the first time. We didn’t know what to expect and i was both nervous and excited so we booked with Okanagan Parasail down by the Delta Grand where we met James / Rob / Alan. All I can say is “what a great group of guys!” James looked after the booking - Rob was our Deckman who explained everything in great detail and Alan was our driver. A perfect team. You were looked after from beginning to end and felt safe the whole time! The ride itself was friggin fantastic! What a rush and the view??? Spectacular! If you come to Kelowna and you want to try parasailing - go see the guys at Okanagan Parasail! 👍 You will not be disappointed and you will leave with fantastic memories! I (from Hamburg, Germany) visited a friend who lives in Kelowna and we both went on our first parasailing adventure with these guys. I found the sales rep very informative and helpful. The boat crew are excellent and skilled. Their instructions are clear and thorough. The equipment (boat, engine, harness etc) is first rate. The captain is skilled at guiding the boat. This all makes the experience very safe. The actual flight (or ride, if you prefer) is spectacular. Had a great experience with this company. It was our family’s first time parasailing and we had kids ages 9, 11 and 15yo. They were organized, efficient, and we felt safe. Our original booking had to be rescheduled as it was too windy (totally understandable...safety first). They also had an early bird rate, which we took advantage of. Would use them again.
