Expensive, late, only good if you speak Russian

Good: The photos for these attractions look great and fell short in real life. Boat ride was very nice, Russian lady was super fantastic and actually spoke pretty good English. She was the highlight of the tour! Bus was very dark and cramped. They were about an hour late picking us up because other people didn’t show up (?). We overheard them mention that if they did show up we wouldn’t have had enough seats on the bus anyway. Little boy kept throwing up on the bus and we only stopped twice in about 3 to 4 hours in each direction. I couldn’t notice any air moving or AC. I kept tripping on the rug in the bus. We were “English speaking” so they brought on an insufferable “English speaking” tour guide who struggled to get his thoughts out despite us NOT caring about the tour. Could barely answer questions, tried to herd us like cats and lecture us before we go off and see the sights, and asked if we spoke French because couldn’t communicate in English well. I don’t know why we paid SO much to have some old man practice his English with us. He thought his tour was more important than our time there, and at one point told us not to go to the bathroom for 45 minutes because he wanted to show us the tour. Ugh. Costs are not included. We didn’t really understand how expensive this would be. €10 for the boat, €18 or something for the church, $14.25 on my card for Mira. No juice or water at lunch so we bought soft drinks. This is also a tour of gift shops. Another identical onyx gift shop that’s very overpriced, a church idol themed gift shop, bathroom breaks and breakfasts all had them. Thank you next

Long bus trip

Attractions were nice and boat trip was good. The tour guide was not great. Little information was provided in English and even that was hard to understand. The lunch included in price not worth the money, the place was not really clean either and personally would recommend to pack your own food and snack for the day.

Nice attractios but poor guide

The attractions were nice. The boat trip interesting and nice too. But the guide was not strong in organization and description of the attractions. She was Russian and able to speak a little English. The amount of information we got in English was too small in comparison to the amount of info she gave to all the Russian tourists.

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent trip with us. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the attractions and the boat trip. However, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the guide's language proficiency and organization. We understand your concern regarding the difference in the amount of information provided in English compared to Russian. You are absolutely right; explaining things in different languages can indeed result in variations in the time it takes to convey the same information. While some details might be presented more succinctly in one language, it might take a bit longer to express them in another. Our guides are trained to provide all participants with equal information and a memorable experience, regardless of their native language. However, language barriers can sometimes create unintentional discrepancies. We regret that you felt that the Russian tourists received more information. In light of your feedback, we will take this matter seriously and work on improving our guide's organization and descriptions during the tours. We will also ensure that all participants, including English speakers, receive an adequate amount of information to enrich their understanding and enjoyment of the attractions. Once again, we apologize for any disappointment caused and appreciate your understanding of the challenges that language variations may present. We value your feedback as it helps us enhance our services and deliver a more inclusive and enjoyable experience for all our customers. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, and we promise to provide you with a more satisfactory experience. Thank you for choosing us for your trip, and we look forward to serving you better in the future. Best regards,

Excellent experience, totally recommend it. Suitable for all ages and abilities. The steps to the tombs are not wheelchair accesible though.

Excellent

Great trip, really enjoyed it. Lunch was ample and tasty. Would have been better if it said in the description we had to bring swim suits. It was a great opportunity to swim.

Amazing views of the past

The pick up & rides back & forth were too long. But the places we visited are totally worth it! Amazing tombs & theater, spectacular underwater city, swimming in pristine turquoise waters was memorable. I ' d recommend it if you are in Kemer, a bit less if you are in Alanya & by far not if you are coming from Alanya or Side, as you' ll spend most of the day on a bus.
