Deplorable welcome of the Diamond boat claimant. We're asking you to come 30 minutes early. Put his agaores in a pile. No comments or explanations during the visit. Dirty and unrinsed life jackets. No shower possible on the site. Blasé guide. Too many people. Beautiful place but not appreciated given the context and the provider. Too bad.
Hi,more than 95% of participants enjoy ,this tour... Activity planed with rules,that you dont want to follow,we live on society remember!!! You cant do what you want,not an Anarchy!!!! Many people "its public place",you were there is well. .... The jackets were just fine.... We dont get your type of opimion___ Thank you
Our tour guide was so lovely and fun. He made us feel safe and told us some interesting information about the caves. He also extended our tour despite our late arrival. This was the highlight of our holiday! Thank you so much. This will always be one of our favourite memories.
It got cancelled because of ocean conditions and we were never notified. Nobody was even there when we arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled time. Another company ended up letting us know.
Hi, everybody is notify by email a few hours before,you should look on tour e-mail allways before go to the activities,some Times the sea conditions Change and is not safe so we must cancel,we are responsables.... thank you ⭐
Perhaps in the past this was better, but we got a cancellation email the morning of the planned activity. They said it was due to weather, but when we went to the beach and asked around, apparently kayaking is no longer allowed by orders of the local authorities. So I'm not sure how they (or any other kayak rental company in the beach) are still posting these.
hi,if we tell is the weather is because of the weather,we can cancel anytime ,when we see that is not safe,we are responsable... and we have boat with kayaks to take the costumers...hope you understand the operator reasons...thank you...
Works perfectly. Finding operator: 1 minute Getting lifejacket: 1 minute Finding kayak guy and getting paddling: 1.5 minutes After reading about the chaos and waiting time of other operators we decided to pay the extra 2.5€ pp for this company. Happy we did no hassle no waiting time no confusion just boom boom and paddle.

As for the people who rent the kayaks, they are ok, helpful and polite but they didn't explain anything to us. The guide is not there. I recommend going early in the morning for safety reasons. As for Benagil Cave, I have visited more beautiful caves…
The excursion is excellent, we hired Taruga, very good, I recommend going first thing in the morning, because it gets very crowded afterwards
Our trip was canselled, but that is not all. They did not send a mail or called us so we arrived to benagil beach where they wanted to meet us and we got the message right there that our trip was canselled because of the waves. Other companies did not cancel their trips. I am just waiting for the money. Therefore I do not recommend to anyone.
Extremely crowded small Caves double and quad kayak No singles No space Big boats ignore small kayakers making it uncomfortable and dangerous very stressful And I’m a seasoned kayaker
lovely trip out from Benagil beach. It was very busy with lot's of people going out on kayaks and paddle boards but still a pretty smooth process to get kitted up and on to the water. The main caves were also busy but getting a little further away things were quieter. Parking near the beach gets very busy but that's the same for all activities there.
