Fantastic day out! Even though weather wasn’t perfect we all really enjoyed the whole experience- good transfers, lovely big boat - plenty of room to move around, great food and drink and lovely swimming in the sea! Crew were all very professional and friendly! Would highly recommend!
We booked this trip via our hotel reception and we were unsure how it would go. It turned out to be brilliant! We were picked up at 8:30 in Playa Blanca. It was a long coach ride but it was nice to get to see all the different resorts along the way. We picked up our guide about half way and at first we weren't sure how to take him, he seemed quite rude when addressing us english people, it seemed as though he didnt like us! But after a few hours we realised this was his humour and he was actually quite funny! La Graciosa is breath taking and a real must see. The food and drink on the catamaran was really good. My husband and daughter are picky eaters so they took a packed lunch which they were happy with, my son and I had the hot food served on board which was delicious. There was a long stop in one of the bays where you could kayak, swim, snorkle or jump off the inflatable at the back of the boat. Just the right amount of time to relax and enjoy it all. I would highly recommend this trip
After collection on the bus, I was a bit concerned about the weather, but the weather improved and I enjoyed the trip. The days sailing was made more enjoyable by the lady who was our guide for the day, she was great and gave us full info on how the day would progress. I was very impressed by the crew of the catamaran, they were very professional at managing the boat and serving the passengers. The day went very well and I was more than satisfied with the whole experience.
A pure moment of relaxation. We were guided by Cyril our Francophone Guide all day. The catamaran remains on a human scale, the salad and drinks offered quality and the beach of francesca a wonder where we swim and kayak. Our 15 and 17 year olds loved it. We recommend +++
Felt like sardines - was supposed to be a maximum of 60 people this was definitely not the case - 2 hours on a bus for the transfer then 15 mins before we were due to arrive - our guide got on who proceeded to talk soooo fast we hadn’t a clue what he was saying
The 3 negative points first 1/picking up vacationers by bus is a bit long, too many stops close together 2/ the bus stop in Orzola is too far from the Port. 3/Another small problem: the bus broke down on the way back. The positive points are nevertheless numerous: quality of the catamaran, very pleasant staff on board, kayaking and swimming activities, simple and sufficient food suitable for the majority, the little shot of Ron Canarian is a good idea and especially the entertainment of the group by Cyrille , French in addition, was exceptional. Thank you to Cyrille and the entire team who help ensure a pleasant day for vacationers. THANKS !!
Booked this trip as specifically mentioned a maximum of 60 people on Viator website- this was not the case - felt like sardines and there was at least 100 people on the boat . If I had known this I would have booked the cheaper option which states 120 people - would have felt the same and I would have saved myself some money !! We were in playa blanca and by the time we collected others from PDC and Matagorda we were on the bus for 2 hours with no information .Then a guide joined us 15 minutes before we arrived - and proceeded to shout (despite having a microphone ) and spoke so fast I honestly couldn’t understand a word he said . We ended up getting a taxi back to playa blanca as I couldn’t face another 2 hour transfer -paid over €100 for the taxi but was worth it
