Visitez les puissantes chutes Victoria lors d'une excursion d'une journée. Nous vous emmenons faire une promenade guidée dans la nature à travers la forêt tropicale des chutes Victoria et vous montrons les chutes sous différents angles afin que vous obteniez les meilleures vues et de superbes photos. Le circuit peut commencer et se terminer à votre hôtel/lodge à Livingstone (Zambie) ou aux chutes Victoria (Zimbabwe). Une journée pleine d'excitation et d'expériences. Cette visite vous montre les deux côtés (zimbabwéen ET zambien) des chutes. Vous voyez les chutes sous tous les angles : sur terre (promenade dans la nature dans la forêt tropicale) et sur l'eau (hors-bord sur le Zambèze), en regardant de l'autre côté de la gorge aux chutes et du haut en regardant par-dessus le bord des chutes. Un déjeuner buffet délicieux et exclusif est inclus sur l'île de Livingstone avec une vue imprenable. Tous les transferts depuis/vers votre hôtel à Victoria Falls ou Livinstone sont inclus. RAMASSER: 08:00 heures à la réception de votre hôtel à Livingstone ou Victoria Falls Une journée pleine d'excitation et d'expériences. Vous commencez la journée au petit matin. Après la prise en charge à votre hôtel à Kasane, nous vous transférons de l'autre côté de la frontière au Zimbabwe en Minivan. Notre chauffeur vous assistera dans toutes les formalités d'immigration. Pendant 1h de route vers Victoria Falls, nous pourrions voir la faune sur le chemin. À votre arrivée, nous vous emmenons dans une promenade guidée dans la nature du côté zimbabwéen des chutes à travers la forêt tropicale des chutes Victoria. Un guide compétent vous emmènera dans un voyage qui non seulement offre une vue sur l'une des sept merveilles naturelles du monde, mais fournit également un grand nombre de faits intéressants sur la géologie, la faune et l'histoire du monument le plus célèbre d'Afrique. Écoutez le spray magique de la « Fumée qui tonne ». Le guide contribue également à garantir les meilleures possibilités photographiques de ce site du patrimoine mondial à couper le souffle. Après avoir exploré le côté zimbabwéen, nous vous transférons de l'autre côté de la frontière au côté zambien des chutes. Un hors-bord vous emmène à l'île de Livingstone au bord des chutes. Où vous savourez un délicieux déjeuner exclusif avec une vue imprenable sur les chutes. Ensuite, vous avez la possibilité de nager dans Devils Pool ou Angels Armshair. Cette expérience palpitante vous permet de regarder pour vous asseoir dans une piscine naturelle avec l'eau qui descend juste derrière vous. On vous défie de baisser les yeux. Ensuite, profitez de l'île de Livingstone avant que votre voyage en hors-bord sur le fleuve Zambèze vous ramène à la terre ferme.
En fin d'après-midi, nous vous transférons de l'autre côté de la frontière à votre hôtel à Victoria Falls ou Livingstone. Parfois, nous nous arrêtons à d'autres points de vue tels que dans la gorge ou le pont à couteaux. Si vous n'avez que peu de temps ou si vous voyagez avec un budget limité, l'excursion d'une journée à Victoria Falls est un must! The worst experience!!! Do Not book with them. The absolute worst customer experience. They were late picking us up and blame us for not waiting for them. We waited 45 mins. After not being able to get in touch via phone nor email. Pickup time was 8:30 but their office didn’t open until 9am. We went to the Falls in hopes of meeting them there @ 9:15 via taxi. After our return to the hotel we were able to connect to Wi-fi, we see missed calls. Once I return the call Maria had the worst attitude and blame us for leaving the hotel. Apparently the driver got lost. These things do happen but she claimed the we should’ve waited and we didn’t pay that much for the tour anyway. Zimbabwe is a civilized country and we should’ve had service to see that thru were trying to get in touch with her. She claimed she could not refund the money and good luck with our bank getting The money back. Please book with someone else. The worst people.
Dear Tambera, again, we would like to sincerely apologise for the late pickup on your transfer. It was a major holiday, office hours were not running at normal times and staffing was low. We acknowledge that our driver arrived at your accommodation 30mins late due to a mix up of hotels with similar names and was notified that you had already left the premises in a taxi. Do note that at this point, there was ample time to get you to your activities including Livingstone Island which was booked for 14.30pm. Unfortunatelly, our attempts to reach you via WhatsApp and Email were unsuccessful as you were offline until 13:00h. You requested a cancellation and a refund to which our reply was that Viator will be responsible for issuing out customer refunds since you booked via them. Viator will contact you concerning your refund request. We hope the rest of your stay has better experiences. Thank you for booking with us.
We enjoyed the tour, esp. the guided tour at Zimbabwe side and the helicopter ride. It was a breathtaking view from the top. Thank you for suggesting the helicopter ride as part of the tour.

Amazing place that should be visited if in this part of Africa. We had a guided tour of the falls, which was informative, walked from one end to the other stopping at each viewing point for photos and to admire the falls. Very clean, pathways in good condition, easy walking and wide enough for buggies/wheelchairs.

My husband and I loved the tour! We started off seeing Victoria falls from the Zimbabwe side and stoped at many great view points. Our driver helped us to get across the border to Zambia quickly. I highly recommend a KAZA visa. In Zambia we had a boat tour across the Zambezi river to Livingston island. The guides were top notch professionals who ensured the safety of everyone. We swam a short distance to devils pool. There was a rescue swimming in the water for each person and the head guide took several hundred photos of us. They held my legs so I could look over the falls and get my photo doing it. Devils pool is a must do and this tour is amazing! Our lunch was excellent. I would definitely take this tour again. Towels are provided and you can rent water shoes for $2.

We had an awesome day, got to experience the falls from all angles! Seemed a bit pricey, with having to still pay entry on both sides of the falls, only Devils pool prices & transport was included in fees. But all in all a great day. Various drivers, for each country, all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.
