Le Sognefjord, le fjord le plus long et le plus profond de Norvège, s’étend sur plus de 200 km à l’intérieur des terres jusqu’au pied des montagnes de Jotunheimen. Cette région est réputée être l'une des plus belles destinations de voyage au monde. L'excursion d'une journée libre dans le Sognefjord combine une belle excursion en bateau sur le Sognefjord, avec un spectaculaire voyage en train sur le chemin de fer Flåm. Le voyage peut être effectué en une journée ou comme un voyage plus long sur plusieurs jours.

Le ferry-boat prendra les clients sur le Sognefjord de Bergen à Flam pour un trajet de 5,5 heures
Les clients seront déposés à Flam avec suffisamment de temps pour déjeuner, acheter des souvenirs et visiter le musée du chemin de fer de Flam. Ils auront ensuite une heure de trajet sur le chemin de fer Flam
De Flam, vous vous rendrez à Myrdal par Flåmsbana. Le Flåm Railway a été décrit comme l'un des plus beaux voyages en train au monde et est l'une des principales attractions touristiques de Norvège. Le train part de l'extrémité d'Aurlandsfjord, un affluent du Sognefjord, jusqu'aux hautes montagnes de la gare de Myrdal.
De Myrdal, les clients seront transportés à Oslo en train sur le trajet de 5,5 heures

Unable to download tickets finally received the morning we were leaving. They were issued wrong- we were leaving Bergen to Oslo but tickets issued leaving Oslo to Bergen. Ticket agent recommended purchasing the last leg in case tickets were close to being sold out. Cost us another $75 each. Flam train broke down shortly after leaving. Took an additional 3 hours and we finally boarded buses to get to Oslo arriving there at 12:45 am in lieu of scheduled 10:30 pm. We understand train breakdowns happen and no one’s fault. We were disappointed to miss the Flam RR experience plus having to pay additional money.

Regarding the ticket issue, I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive them on the morning of your departure — especially with the incorrect direction initially showing. We always recommend that guests carefully review their tickets upon receipt and well ahead of their travel date, as mentioned in the itinerary, so that any issues can be addressed in time. As for the Flam Railway breakdown — while these types of disruptions are fortunately rare, I understand how disappointing it was to miss that part of the journey and to arrive in Oslo later than scheduled. I appreciate your understanding that this was outside of anyone’s control, and I truly regret the inconvenience it caused. What a wonderful way to experience the beauty of Norway. It was a long day but we’re so glad we did this. The views were amazing and it was very easy to get to each leg of the journey. Highly recommend!
Hi we had a nice trip on the fjord, however it was quite a long trip to Flam via the comfortable ferry. Flam was amazing and sensation views as the weather was sunny for us and we stayed 1 night in the Svengen guesthouse bordering on the Fjord. Sadly the train trip to Oslo was broken up due to previous train being derailed and we had to transfer to VY coaches. We eventually reached Oslo around 7.30pm
This trip was not worth booking through Viator. Other than providing the tickets (which you can buy yourself), there was no other service.
The trip was beautiful and a great use of time if you only have one day and wish to travel from Bergen to Oslo. If I had it to do over again and had the time, I would drive, and definitely spend more time along the way.
Views were good but it was too long of a day and very stressful to fight the crowds for a good seat. Definitely get a porter service for you luggage because you will not want to be carrying them for the many ups and downs. For the kind of prices I paid, I was expecting a bit better. Also note that the tour is non refundable, which means even if the weather is bad, you have to do it. We might have both caught a cold afterwards from exhaustion.

We always offer on our tour page a more private experience, where you will travel along the way with the driver-guide, and not only enjoy the storytelling but the beauty of Norway without other people affecting your experience. The beginning was a little stressful with some confusion about the pick up point. Staff was very helpful and made sure we got to the right spot at the right time! Flam was less than I wanted it to be though. Probably would avoid the hassle and go straight to Oslo via train!

It’s very easy to find all the vehicles, and many tourists from worldwide chose this package. I strongly recommend this.
A nice day tour. You will be able to see fjords from the boat and from the train. The train makes a stop near waterfall. It’s just amazing! The tour is well organised as well. You get your tickets by email and the company is always on line. There was a mistake in my ticket. This was sorted in 2 minutes!
Well coordinated event, we enjoyed the entire part of the trip. The guidance given was easy to follow and the trip was well worth it. One of the times was off but we figured it out. Best way to see Norway.
