Itinéraire
Entre 7h30 et 8h30 (selon l'emplacement de l'hôtel), notre Guide et chauffeur viendra vous chercher votre hôtel dans le centre de Duong Dong ou le point de rendez-vous. Après le départ, commencez la journée par la visite d’une ferme apicole locale, où vous apprendrez à connaître la production de miel et profiterez d’une dégustation de miel (fermé le mercredi).
Continuez jusqu'à la rivière Cua Can pour une expérience relaxante de kayak, en pagayant dans des cours d'eau paisibles tout en observant la vie locale de la rivière et les environs luxuriants. Traversez le parc national de Phu Quoc, en passant par une forêt tropicale dense et une campagne pittoresque.
Arrivée au village de Rach Vem pour déjeuner et profiter du temps libre pour nager et se détendre à Starfish Beach, célèbre pour ses eaux claires peu profondes et ses étoiles de mer rouges. L'après-midi, excursion en bateau au cap Ham Rong, suivie d'une visite d'une maison de soie pour en apprendre davantage sur la production de soie.
Au retour - nous pouvons vous déposer à Grand World (pour ceux qui souhaitent être déposés ou s'arrêter à Grand World Entertainment Theme Center, veuillez informer notre Guide) - Notez que tout billet serait payé par vous-même et ensuite, vous pouvez revenir en navette opérée par Vinpearl (vérifier l'horaire - propre arrangement). Sinon, notre Guide vous ramènerait à votre hôtel/point de départ.

Tour guide never picked me up even though it said hotel pickup with my hotel name on my ticket. Messed up my whole fist day of my vacation. Never got the tour I paid for! Beware of this tour scam do not book!
Dear Mrs. Amy Trowbridge, We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment, and and we would like to clarify the situation for full transparency. As clearly stated in our tour description and booking information, free pickup is provided only within Duong Dong town - Phu Quoc Center area. Your hotel, Sheraton Long Beach, is 21 km outside our pickup zone, which is why our operator contacted you before the tour to inform you of the two available options: Join the tour at our meeting point, OR Request pickup from your hotel with an additional surcharge. Unfortunately, you did not agree to the surcharge and also did not come to the meeting point. Because of this, and due to the last-minute no-show, we were unable to process a refund as per the booking policy. We understand this situation was frustrating, and we hope this explanation helps clarify the circumstances. Our team always aims to communicate clearly and support guests as much as possible, and we hope this explanation provides clarity for you and for others reading your review.
We were told the bee farm was closed for the day. We didn't want to go kayaking, so basically there wasn't much to do besides walking in the national park and seeing the starfish. We were offered to go to the south but we weren't terribly interested in pepper and pearl farming. The walk in the park was flat and easy but it's more natural than you'd think. Starfish beach were crowded with tourists holding them and taking pics, which IMO, we really shouldn't be torturing them for so long. And since it was off season when we went, there wasn't many, and the waters were also dirtier than usual, as told to us by our guide. Lunch was included, although we were at first told it was not. Also, prior to our tour, I was contacted on WhatsApp and asked if I'd pay extra to be picked up because we were outside of the city. We agreed, but apparently, the guide and driver had no idea of this arrangement. We ended up not paying the extra. Guide was friendly but over-the-top tried to joke about everything. We ended back at our resort at about 1pm (picked up at 9am) and was more of a half-day experience for us.
The beefarm was interesting. Starfish beach is definetly the highlight. The itinerary did adjust from what was listed, and the day went a bit longer, so if booking, ensure that you book out the whole day. Also, be aware, the ride into starfish beach is very bumpy.
John' s travel is very good and itinary is flexible, staff professional and helpful. My favourite hotel was Seashell's.
