JOURNÉE COMPLÈTE - Jaguar Jungle Survival - Amazon Rainforest - De Manaus

I want to start this recommendation by saying that this was from start to end one marvelous experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Our Group was mainly Brasilien, my Portuguese is not the best, but that wasn't a problem at all. I felt included at all time. Our main Guide Araujo spoke english very well and answered all my (sometimes childish) questions with patience and a positiv attitude. It felt like the guys loved what they do, that transfered to the Group and everyone had fun on our adventure. It is the Amazonian Jungle and it is a dangerous place, but at all time we felt save and in good hands! Every concern or fear was met by helpful arguments, which made you feel heared and calmed your impatience. By the way, the food on the whole Trip was fantastic (even for vegetarian persons)! Served on leaf plates and prepared like it was an operating Restaurant in the middle of the forest. On our Trip we learned useful skills and Tricks to survive (at least for some time) in the Jungle. Helpful and understandable presented which didn't felt touristic - these guys knew exactly what they showed us, probably from experience! Let me conclude this by saying: It was a 10 out of 10 experience. Higly recommended! And once more: Muito, muito obrigado Jaguars! <3

Excellent tour. Well prepared staff and very attentive. A safe and comfortable way to get to know the Amazon. I recommend for any type of traveler and group - the tour is adapted according to the capacity of each.

No doubt a highlight of your stay in Manaus: the experience was conducted by Cape Osake and his team brilliantly. By the way, already in the first contact with Lieutenant Araújo became clear the professionalism of the company. It was an entire day dedicated to the knowledge of the forest and the techniques that enable it to survive. It's not anyone who makes a fire and roasts a tambaqui in the rain.

We highly recommend this tour with the team of Jaguar Jungle tours. They go the extra mile for you. Great experience (and food!!!). Enjoyed the day with nature to the fullest. Thanks again to the team :)!

Best experience around Manaus. Wish we had additional 3-5 days to go with Jaguars (Jeff and his crew on a extended tour). My husband and I spent a day in jungle with Jeff and his crew. Highly recommend this tour and tour guide (Jaguars/Jeff). High quality of preparation, very knowledgable and experience tour guide, best ever lunch prepared on the fire in the middle of jungle, swimming in the river in the middle of a jungle to cool of after the walk. Jeff is very knowledgable and experienced having lived up to 5 years in the jungle. He explained/showed what to look for in a jungle, introduced us to flora and fauna of the jungle and key tips on how to navigate/stay safe/hunt by setting traps/find water, etc. He made the day super interesting, fun, enjoyable and unforgettable. We will definitely be back (once in Brazil/Manaus) for a 3-5 day jungle tour with Jaguars (Jeff ad. His crew) Don’t moss this experience which was a highlight of our visit to Manaus!!!

We did the day tour in the jungle and other tours with the Jaguar. We were very well received by Lieutenant Araújo, always very helpful and attentive to our needs and demands. In the jungle we were even entitled to a net and protection because of the rain. It was the best sleep we had!! The hiring of a private guide also gives us the flexibility to change the schedule and the Lieutenant adapted always trying to make us comfortable. We thank you for your presence and indicate the services of Jaguar without any doubt!

What an incredible experience. Unique and authentic. We are a school group and we really experienced the Amazon jungle with knowledgeable guides who really looked after us well. Wonderful to sleep out in the jungle.

Magical and striking experience! Tour that surprises and delights. I traveled in family with wife and children (14 and 11 years old). The Jaguar Jungle Tour team is made up of former Brazilian Army soldiers and passes total security along the ride. We felt very safe walking almost 10km in the Amazon Forest. We were escorted by 3 of the team. Two of them in front and one behind. Highlight for Lieutenant Araújo and Raimundo who passed the instructions of climbing a tree, building a cabin, mounting a trap, various ways to make fire and using compass for location. We made several stops along the walk watching frogs, ants, trees over 100 years old, all receiving information from the team. The canoe ride is another strength of the tour - cinema landscape. We also did harp fishing which is exciting, but requires patience. Another relevant information is that they don't have mosquitoes as I imagined... Passing a normal repellent (4h protection) is already enough. Certainly the strength of the trip to Manaus is the Walk in the Forest. I was assertive in choosing the Jaguar Jungle Tour.

Sensational!!!! We did the pass with 3 children of 13, 12 and 10 years old. Lieutenant Araújo, Raimundo and the whole team are amazing! We all love it!! Beautiful tour, delicious food, adventures and amazing guidance!! All too much. The best tour we did in the Amazon!! Super recommend!!!
