Journée complète d'un bout à l'autre de la côte : Santa Maria di Leuca, Otrante, Gallipoli

A wonderful day escorted by our guide and driver Bob. He thought of everything including his suggestions of what to see and where to have lunch. We had a great seafood platter at the Chiosco Bar overlooking the sea at Zinzulusa (Castro). The visit to Otranto was a highlight following Bob's walking tour map.

Our trip with our private driver Roberto was absolutely wonderful. He is a true gentleman who made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, driving us around in a spacious and comfortable car. Throughout the tour, we stopped at several breathtaking locations, and he always gave us plenty of time to explore at our own pace. He also provided us with maps and excellent itineraries for visiting Otranto and Gallipoli. During the drive, Roberto shared some historical insights about the region and recommended some very good local restaurants. His warm personality and genuine Southern Italian hospitality truly made our trip to Puglia unforgettable. Roberto was without a doubt one of the highlights of our entire experience.

Our trip with Bob was AMAZING! Highlight of our trip so far. He was so fun to talk to and showed us so many beautiful places we wouldn't have found on our own. I highly recommend.

Bob’s team took us on a fabulous tour of the coastal towns of the heel of the boot. Perfect weather helped and being mid-September the large crowds were gone. Otranto is a really great start from Lecce as it’s a lot smaller and you can see the key sights and walk the old town shops and cafes in an hour. The cathedral is similar to others in the region until you see the skeleton remains. Onto an amazing swimming stop with a great restaurant. Then to SM de Leuca - beautiful town and the southern most tip of Italy. This whole coast has significant naval strategic relevance - you can see Albania. Finally to Gallipoli- great little island town on the west coast. All in one day in a spacious van with Maurizio and his wife Rita. Not rushed , plenty of time for a nice lunch…five stars.

Galipolli is beautiful especially at night the old city joined by the strait of the old port. Touring the Adriatic and Ionian is beautiful the two different coasts with beautiful emerald water. Cold pars amazing dive.

This was a tremendous day. Super fun. Our tour guide and his wife were super nice and knowledgeable and took us to many beautiful places along the coast of Puglia with great views. We stopped at multiple beaches to swim and a great restaurant for lunch. Very friendly Tour guide with great knowledge of the region and you can’t beat the price. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely day with Roberto my private chauffeur,so kind and nice...He drove me on an agreed itinerary (Galatina,Gallipoli,a part of the coast and Nardo) all day long with great explanations and interesting advice.I can only highly recommend this tour,the perfect way to travel solo or with a few persons,at your own pace,on a private schedule,that was incredible

We were without a car in Lecce, but wanted to take an excursion to Otranto. Bob was a great driver and very friendly! If we were ever in Lecce again I would book him for Gallipoli next time!

Bob was super friendly and also does local wine tours as well. He took me to the beach I wanted to go to for the day and was extremely responsive and punctual. I will definitely hire him again when I return to Puglia.
