C'est l'excursion à quai du jour J au départ de Paris — une visite entièrement privée couvrant l'histoire américaine complète du 6 juin 1944, avec un Guide Expert licencié pour la Seconde Guerre mondiale exclusivement pour votre groupe. À la pointe du Hoc, comme on peut le voir dans Sauver le soldat Ryan, vous vous promenez parmi les cratères et les bunkers originaux où les Rangers de l'armée américaine ont escaladé les falaises sous le feu. À Omaha Beach, votre Guide raconte chaque secteur du débarquement. Au cimetière américain de Normandie, 9 387 croix de marbre blanc font face à la Anglais – l’un des sites les plus émouvants de toute la France. Cette visite est entièrement personnalisable. Itinéraire
Votre premier arrêt est au Point du Hoc où vous verrez les nombreux cratères de bombes qui restent intacts depuis la guerre. Grimpez à travers les différents bunkers pour voir comment les Allemands ont utilisé les falaises à leur avantage et imaginez comment les Américains ont attaqué et capturé la batterie après avoir escaladé les falaises.
Ensuite, dirigez-vous vers Omaha Beach et traversez 8 km de côte face à la Manche. Sur le rivage, vous trouverez une sculpture appelée Les Braves 'The Braves' en l'honneur des soldats qui ont combattu la guerre.
Ensuite, continuez la visite du cimetière américain de Normandie pour rendre hommage aux combattants de la bataille. En 2019, le président Macron et le président Trump ont visité conjointement le cimetière en l'honneur du 75e anniversaire de DDay. Vous pouvez également vous arrêter au centre d'accueil pour une exposition détaillée sur la guerre.

I am a travel agent and booked my group client on this day tour from Paris to the Normandy D-Day beaches. Very good experience. The drivers were prompt, professional and friendly. The guide Phillip was knowledgeable, articulate, informative. My only advice is to be aware that this tour does NOT include a guide as it seems to indicate. The term "English Speaking Guide" apparently means that you can hire such a guide for an additional cost. I found this out only one day prior to the scheduled tour. So we had to scramble to hire a guide for an additional $500. The tour description is very ambiguous and had I not called to ask specifically if our guide would meet us at our hotel or meet us when we arrived in Normandy, my group would have simply been shuttled 3 hours to look at a beach. I was then informed that we did not have a guide hired. (until I paid an additional $500). Be Aware.

We had a great visit! Driver was on time at our hotel and we met up with our guide in Normandy. She was very informative/friendly. We had an authentic day with some wind and rain but it was cool to she these historic places. Pointe du hoc was great! Omaha beach was pretty and weird to think of what took place ~80 years ago. The cemetery was a humbling experience as well.
