Important : Il n'y a pas de billets physiques pour les matchs de Fluminense ou de Flamengo — les deux clubs ont besoin d'une reconnaissance faciale pour entrer dans le stade. Votre visage sera votre billet, et vous inscrire correctement est essentiel. Nous enverrons : • Un tutoriel vidéo, • Le lien d'enregistrement biométrique officiel, • le résumé de vos données personnelles (à utiliser exactement tel que soumis), • Instructions claires sur la façon de terminer le processus. Assurez-vous de compléter l'enregistrement biométrique facial avant le jour du match et faites-nous savoir une fois que c'est fait afin que nous puissions valider votre entrée avec l'équipe de coordination locale.
"2 jours ou 1 jour avant le match" Nous vous recontacterons pour : * Confirmez l'heure exacte de la réunion, * Partager les détails du point de rendez-vous, * Indiquez notre numéro de contact d’urgence et le nom de votre Guide. Les heures de réunion varient en fonction du coup d'envoi (généralement entre 13h00 et 19h00), et l'expérience dure environ 6 heures au total. "Le jour du match" Nous nous réunirons à notre point fixe d'Ipanema : * Station de métro Nossa Senhora da Paz Pendant le trajet, votre Guide bilingue vous donnera un contexte sur le stade, les équipes et ce à quoi s'attendre de la part des amateurs passionnés. I took the tour believing that I was quite well since I am a footballer , obviously the game was a spectacle but 150€ that I paid when talking to people on my side had cost them up to 3 and 4 times less and another if you take a bus but to return I had to pay Uber since there disappeared everyone stayed waiting in the area that they said like half an hour
Thank you for your feedback. Your booking was made last minute, and as explained several times, entry to the stadium requires mandatory facial biometric registration. There is no physical ticket — the biometric approval is the ticket. We contacted you multiple times in advance to assist you with this process, but unfortunately the registration was not completed before arrival at the meeting point. Even so, our team made an exceptional effort on site to help you regularize the situation and ensure you could enter the stadium. This required considerable coordination from our staff. Regarding transportation, our procedure is always to stay together as a group, but you left and stayed by yourself. At the end of the match, the guide clearly defined a meeting point and time. However, you were not present there. We contacted you and learned you were in a different location from the agreed meeting point. After waiting approximately 30 minutes — with the entire group on board, we had to proceed with the return transfer, as we cannot delay all other tourists indefinitely. We understand your frustration, but the arrangements and instructions were clearly communicated. When procedures are not followed, it can unfortunately lead to situations like this. We remain committed to providing organized and safe experiences for all our guests. Best regards.
We were extremely happy with the communication and organization of the tour company, which made a trip to the Maracana user-friendly. The meeting point in Ipanema was clear, and they had helped with the facial ID for the stadium and were generally friendly and efficient. Although I don’t think it’s a commitment, they actually did drop off people on the way back through Copacabana and Ipanema to the original spot, which was very convenient for us. Bear in mind the league’s date for our match changed several times back and forward by 1 day, so be prepared to switch out other events or tours. But we were extraordinarily lucky our fixture turned out to be Flamengo’s championship-winning match. We utterly loved it and are very grateful to the tour company for making this extraordinary experience possible.

One of the highlights of my trip to Rio. Anderson was an excellent guide. Easy transfer by van straight to the stadium. Everything was straight forward and it was an excellent at atmosphere. Would highly recommend this tour!
My husband is a huge european football fan and it was a first visit to Brazil. Seeing a match felt like an exciting thing to do, Based on the positive reviews we booked this option and it was fabulous. The tour company reached out quickly and was super responsive to my many texts! Instructions for meeting point were clear and the guide easy to find….our guide Luis made the day. The second we met him we felt like we were in great and safe hands. We rode in a private minibus to the stadium; Luis told stories along the way; he escorted us into the stadium. He counted us often to ensure the gang was constantly accounted for both coming and exiting the game. Our game had 70k+ fans. Our seats were great, but fans are very passionate and pretty much stand the whole game!!! If you love soccer then this is a great option!!!

Amazing experience, as a tourist, it might be a bit tricky to get into the stadium especially with the biometrics process, Luiz and team handled everything so efficiently, would definitely recommend to anyone considering a football match.

Fully recommended. Punctual, formal and professional. It was a gift for my husband for his birthday taking advantage of the fact that we were traveling in Rio. At first he was not funny about the security issue but we ended up delighted, very sure. Gabriel has been our guide and on the way to the stadium he has explained the history of both teams and Maracana. Rafael received us at the meeting point and very well too.
